Just landed into the Bay Area, visiting from over seas. My family lives here, I’m originally from here. My first cousin and I on my mothers side had a drink at the W and were kicked out. We sat down, ordered our drink, the drink came, security came and asked us to leave. It was the most asinine awkward situation. Don’t know what to make of it. Our Cousin was allowed to go upstairs to her $ 900 room but we were not. We all paid and were on the reservation but were banned from coming up stairs. Were all from Turkey I felt discriminated against. Terrible thing to experience from the Bay Area.

No Good!!! HORRIBLE! Unprofessional service. These people are total rip offs. They couldn’t even bail out my husband due to a hold and they wouldn’t refund my money and titles for my cars for 30 days! Then… didn’t want to give me a receipt for the refund and I had already hired a new company. I have never been though such an ordeal in my life. I wouldn’t suggest anyone going to these people for any help they just want to rip you off not help you. They have an another sister location too called Bad Boys Bail Bonds. I wouldn’t even give them a star at all if I didn’t have to but you have to rate at least one.
