I’m switching locations. I don’t care how long it takes for approval I’ll suffer. Was switched 3 times between primary care in the past year, confusion caused THREE entrance exams to waste my time with each time, showed for schedules appointments and the doctor took the day off, now my primary/​woman’s health moved to clinic an hour away. Square one.
Today tried to take care of travel with in the almost 3 hrs waiting for Doctor to see me. Nobody would do it. Kept sending me to the kiosk I can’t use. So then by the time I leave, all the windows are closed. No travel for today. Whatever. I’m never going back there again. In my life. I’d rather pay for urgent care. Suggest if this is your clinic, you should do the same.

I don’t blame the people here, I blame the administration of the VA itself.
If you’re not a veteran, then nothing in this review will really matter to you. If you are a veteran, you already know.
While I have injuries, they are relatively minor. I truly feel for the men and women who require constant care and have nowhere else to get it than from the VA.

What can I say… the place, staff and doctors are great. I hate to go to the dr to begin with, and the VA has made some serious changes in their level of patient care over the years. This facility is just an example of the steps in the right direction.

The facility is very new and nice. Some of the staff are exceptional and some are what you’d expect to find at the VA… The guy who did the blood draw on me was super friendly, did an awesome job, and was very professional.
