Turnberry Towers East

Definitely one of the finest properties in Las Vegas. The location is outstanding with great access to The Strip, McCarran, the highways and tons of other Vegas locales. The building and facilities are immaculate. The Valets, Concierge & security team are the ultimate professionals. We bought a unit as a vacation home in 2011 and its tranquil, safe and a fun place to getaway to.

When the USAF sent my friend and her hubs back to Vegas = it was a good thing. When they decided to buy a condo here = it was a great thing. The gated towers are accessed by a fob for residents and the guard greets visitors (frequent guests are on «the list» very Vegas :) Most are super friendly and address you by name.
Pulling up to Valet, it feels like a luxury hotel… complete with bellman’s carts. If you don’t want to Valet, guest parking is only on top (5^th) level. The Valets and Bellmen are quick, friendly and tend to recall faces. Ditto the Concierges. The lobby/​common areas are tastefully decorated in marble and luxe furnishings. Gym is well appointed, clean and rarely crowded. Nice views of the pool are a bonus.
Which leads me to the sand entry walk in lagoon style pool complete with mini grotto. Love it. There’s an outdoor kitchen with misters and a wet bar which can be reserved for resident’s parties. Spacious enough that you can have a party and others using the pool don’t feel like crashers.
The units themselves are floor to ceiling windows to highlight the star of the show here: breathtaking panoramic views. A variety of floor plans to choose from, the 2BR/​2BA mid 20’s floor condo my pals have is spacious, full of light and there are views quite literally for miles and miles in all directions. Both bedrooms have balconies which get lots of use, sitting and taking in the vistas is relaxing. Grab a glass of wine and watch the desert change as day turns to night. Vegas sure looks pretty from up there.
Residents range from local Doctors and professionals to «Vegas is my vacation home» types. Super quiet inside for privacy and ease of slumber. In all, the only knock I have is allotting just one parking spot per residenCE rule, but Valet or walking handles that really.
Fantastic place to live if you like hi rise living and want to be thisclose to the Strip.
