Nice clean store but the employees should be educated on the return policy, and that just because a customer has a return doesn’t mean they should have to wait behind 2 customers making purchases. So much for customer loyalty. Nice store with lots of great merchandise but I probably won’t return to this location EVER to buy True Religion jeans. There are many other locations that I can make purchases & Returns at without a problem.

I tried on several items, the staff was helpful to get sizes not on the shelf from the back promptly. I was also informed of their current sales and newest styles when I entered.
Value: 5 stars
My experience was on Black Friday and they had 30% off our entire purchase, plus a free duffle bag with purchase. Great deal
Overall: this store is a great example of the brand, I will be sure to stop back in on my next visit to Downtown Summerlin.
