Came here on Friday night for a friends bday. Been hearing great things about this place and we just had to try it out for ourselves. Place: Pretty modern. Décor was nice and the place in general was pretty dim. We made reservations but don’t think you really need to at this place unless you have a big party or it’s a packed holiday. We got sat a booth and for some reason, there was a portrait of a sad looking cow right above us(still ate steak with no shame though). Service: 5 stars. Waiter was super friendly and explained the menu. Had multiple people come by asking how we were doing including the manager. Food: 5 stars. Was gonna get the a5 wagyu but lebron lost me money… so I decided to get the domestic wagyu New York strip. It was a perfect size and seriously cut like butter, SODELICIOUS. For comparison, my friend got the t-bone and it tasted like he got it from Denny’s after eating the wagyu. We got a few sides, I’d recommend the yukon purée and risotto. We also got the asparagus which was alright. Basically long story short: you’re already here, GETTHEWAGYU. Only annoying thing was the person that came by to take pictures of us then tried to charge us 25 bucks for a copy. The person wasn’t annoying just the theme park feel of that. But besides that, everything else was great, will be coming back to try the other wagyu cuts.

Stayed at the MGM and didn’t feel like going anywhere else for dinner so I ended up at Craftsteak. Overall, pretty good experience! We started with a bowl of the Maine Lobster Bisque. It was one of the best that I’ve had! I think that it would have been better with a little less of the Tarragon, but the soup itself was outstanding! For my entrée, I had the the New York Strip cooked medium rare. Damn good steak! Also had a side of the roasted corn which was pretty good.

I’m a huge Top Chef fan so of course I had to eat here. We selected a bottle of cab, wagyu tartare, oysters, lobster bisque, the 32 oz porter house, spinach, & potato purée, in addition we were served rolls and butter. The wagyu tartare, oysters, and rolls were fantastic. The tartare was flavorful and the rolls had an amazing salt topping. The bisque was just meh and not phenomenal. The filet portion of the steak was great but I wasn’t a huge fan of the strip. The spinach had no flavor and was a huge disappointment. The purée was good but by this time we had way too much food and really didn’t need it. If we were to return we’d do the wagyu, oysters, & just a filet. Our bill was about $ 300. I kind of expected more from a Top Chef, but alas I was left slightly disappointed. It was a good experience and filling meal.

My second Tom Colicchio restaurant! And good enough to eat here two nights in a row! I am a big fan of Beachcraft in Miami Beach, having spent my birthday there this year, so it was a nice surprise to find out Tom Colicchio had another concept in Vegas… of course I had to try it. Definitely the highlight of both restaurants is the friendly service. I forgot the name of my bartender/server the first night, but he was absolutely amazing… couldn’t have been a nicer gentelman. The food was also very good. Had the Filet Mignon and salmon, asparagus, rolls, etc etc… all very tasty and delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

The produce was insanely fresh and delicious. Steak was melt in your mouth ruin you for all other steaks delicious. Appetizers were sent from the gods. Lobster bisque was amazing. Dessert was over the top delcious. Must come back again.

If you want a nice dinner in Vegas, come here. They do it right. I came here for my Bachelorette party dinner. There’s really no other way to say it… my experience was EXCELLENT from beginning to end. Service — Perfect. Not only was our waiter knowledgeable. He was a sweetheart and answered all our questions about the menu. Food — Delicious. We had about 10 ladies in our party and we of course all wanted different items. You can’t go wrong here. EVERYTHING tastes amazing. Our waiter knew the best wine pairings as well. They even brought me a free dessert as treat for the bachelorette. Atmosphere — Classy. Upscale, modern décor. I even ran into Charles Barkley. He wished me a happy marriage. Can’t get better than that!

Great high-end steaks in the heart of the MGM Grand strip. We went during a business conference in Las Vegas. The dinner was for a personal celebration and the bill easily came up to 200. We each ordered a steak and shared a side of asparagus. I had one beer, the other person, a wine. My steak came out great(a T-Bone) and was prepared medium. The person I was with ordered a filet and it came well done instead of medium as ordered. They re-made the steak for her but a bit of a bummer. We started with appetizers of oysters. The quality of the food was fantastic and this is a great place to wine and dine in either a business meeting or a personal party but be prepared to pay premium prices for the location and quality of the cuisine.

Great experience. Dined at the bar and Larry the head bartender enhanced the experience with very good recommendations. Two smoking barrels, their batch barrel aged Manhattan was a great start. For dinner, had the filet and roasted artisan cauliflower and both were wonderful. I will be back!

Came here for our anniversary dinner & not only had an amazing dining experience, but also officially found our all-time favorite steakhouse! Absolutely incredible customer service with attentive & knowledgable staff from start to finish with exquisite cuisine! What more can you ask for? TOSTART: We had a cocktail each and the bread & butter they start you off with is amazing. Our waiter had to warn us to not fill up on it as we had a lot of food coming. Oh, but it was so hard not to! As for appetizers, we started with a WARMFRISEESALAD(farm egg & smoked bacon), the MAINELOBSTERBISQUE soup, & the SHRIMPCOCKTAIL. SECONDCOURSE: We went for the DOMESTICWAGYU, which comes with a 14OZSKIRTSTEAK& a 14OZRIBEYE. We also added the LOBSTER to our entrée, and got the POTATOPUREE(yukon gold potatoes with chives, highly recommended!), ASPARAGUS(lemon zested), SWEETCORN, & the ASSORTEDWILDMUSHROOMS. Yes, we went all out. DESSERT: We were caught off guard when they brought us out MONKEYBREAD, FARMERSMARKETFRUIT, SORBETSELECTION, &CHEESECAKE. We were so stuffed, we only ate the sorbet and ended up having to pack everything up to go! The monkey bread was his favorite, the mango sorbet was mine. Everything about this place screamed quality. From the service to the drinks to the food — it was all just hands down outstanding. I always recommend this place to anyone who asks about a good place for a classy dinner or a restaurant to get a good steak… two thumbs up & five stars all around! TOMCOLICCHIO, WELLDONE! :)

I can’t believe I spent $ 600 for something I pooped out later… but it was totally worth it. Went on Saturday 4−2−16 to celebrate my birthday at 5:30PM. I don’t think it’s possible to have a better experience than this restaurant offers. We felt like royalty from the moment we walked up to the hostess stand. It’s everything I imagined a fancy dinner would be. If you can afford it I’d recommend the tasting menu… there are many to choose from and they bring you a ridiculous amount of food. I love their huge portion sizes. It’s not just the size but the sheer variety that the tasting menu affords that is so satisfying. I got the domestic wagyu surf and turf and hubs got the A5 Japanese Wagyu. For starters they brought us Caesar salad, prosciutto, mozzarella, and parker house rolls. They were gonna bring out lobster bisque but I told them that was yucky and they brought out a shrimp cocktail instead. Everything was amazing except for the mozzarella which was doused in roasted red peppers and peanuts(WTF?). It really needed some bread or something but I’m not Italian so maybe I just didn’t…understand. Then came the steaks, lobster tail, pureed potatoes, asparagus, and assorted mushrooms. The mushrooms are truly a sight to behold and contained hen of the woods, baby portabellas, and white beech mushrooms. The asparagus stems were shaved for maximum tenderness and the steaks… OMGTHESTEAKS… they’ll CHANGEYOLIFE. The mouth feel and texture is unlike any steak I’ve ever had. So tender… like chewing bubble gum. The desserts were earth-shattering. The monkey bread brought me to tears. The carrot cake was the best I’ve ever had. The sorbets were delectable and the fruit was… well…fruit… but executed well and thoughtfully chosen. Just do it. TREATYOSELF. You won’t regret it.

This dining experience exceeded my expectations. I thought it was going to be one of those restaurants that will require a second dinner because the food portion was small. I was surprised that I wasnt able to finish all the food! The server recommended the tasting menu. After dining here, I would recommend that as well. The menu says 3 course meal, including appetizer, main, and dessert. I thought that meant three dishes, like 3 dishes of microscopic food. Nope. The first course included an array of appetizers, 4 of them! The server noted that I didn’t care too much for seafood items. Instead of the shrimp, I picked the lobster bisque. Yup, it lives up to the rave. The other appetizers included a salad, wagyu tartare, and cheese. All were very good. My favorites were the soup and the tartare. For the main dish, we selected the A5 wagyu New York and A5 wagyu filet mignon, med rare. 8oz each. They come already sliced on a cast iron. Tender enough to cut with your fork. Well seasoned. Very rich. Delicious. This cut of meat is not available where I live so it was a nice treat. The main also came with multiple sides. Now onto the dessert course. It wasn’t just one dessert. 4 plates spread across the center of the table. Fresh fruit, house made ice cream and sorbet, monkey bread, and cheesecake. All were very good, even the fresh fruit had a little jazz. The server said they usually try to include at least one exotic fruit. One thing I would have done different would be not to have eaten any of the table bread. The dining area is dimly lit with dark wood accents. It has a classic business feel to it. The service staff was respectful and friendly, and water glasses were kept filled. Sommelier was also helpful and friendly. No pretentious attitude here.

Very fancy steakhouse located in the MGM Grand. I had heard about the legendary lobster bisque, so I made plans to dine at Craftsteak during my next trip to Las Vegas. The restaurant is very nice, and the servers were extremely attentive. I ordered the lobster bisque to start with, and it was incredible. Fresh chunks of lobster meat drowned in a creamy and delightfully complex bisque. Every spoonful was delicious, from the initial flavor to the aftertaste. I’m not sure what exactly is in that bisque, but it is seasoned beautifully. Easily the best lobster bisque I have ever tasted. The Caesar salad with picked anchovies was quite good. The steak was also very good. I ordered the Double R t-bone, and it was cooked perfectly. Definitely a sous-vide steak: charred nicely on the outside, and a uniform medium rare doneness on the inside. I wasn’t crazy about the slightly sweet sauce that accompanied the steak. Other than that, it was fantastic. Overall, this is a fantastic steakhouse. The steaks are great, but in my opinion, the lobster bisque overshadows the beef. Come ready to eat and ready to drop some dough!

Hands down the best dining experience we had! Never thought we would find a steakhouse that would be better than N9NE Steakhouse. If you want to indulge and just go all out, you MUST try the Wagyu Tasting Menu at Craftsteak. The Kobe beef just melts in your mouth like butter! I never had anything like it. Just delicious!!! Service is great! We left the selections up to our server and he did not fail us one bit. He was so friendly, hospitable, and knowledgable of their menu. I highly recommend this restaurant

Amazing! Went for my birthday dinner and was spectacular. Baby beer salad and Persian pickles amazing for an app. Then dinner the steak was so tender and juicy. Also the carrots for a side rissoti and brussel sprouts were so tasty! Only thing I was a. little disappointed with was the seafood platter. It was a little. small but tasty. Also during my stay Gordon Ramsay steak and was not impressed. Craft steak was 100% better!

A top tier steakhouse serving proper man size cuts of phenomenal beef. Top tier? IMHO there are four in Vegas: Craftsteak, Cut, Prime, Stripsteak. All offer a great variety of cuts, breeds, providence, and aging that showcase the best flavor of each. All beef, well trimmed and cooked perfectly to temp with a great sear every time served in a steakhouse proper environment. Solid but simple sides and a killer wine list a must. That said, the steaks: 14 – 28 day dry aged USDA Prime steaks and butchers cuts(rib eye, porterhouse, t-bone, NY strip, filet, flat iron, hanger, skirt), domestic wagyu, and Japanese A5. Go with a group, order several and share. Quality and flavor speak for themselves. You can’t go wrong with any. Top props to the dry aged porterhouse with its brooding beefy flavor, Snake River flat iron for its very tender yet sweet and meaty flavor, and the A5 rib cap with its very sweet, unctuous mouth feel and clean beef finish. Best kept secret? 24 hour braised beef short rib. Perfect. Meltingly tender without being stringy. Well glazed. Caramelized flavors with a beefy core. Hard to pass. Simple sides that compliment the steaks. Do not pass on the mushroom assortment. Shitake, French horn, white beech and hen of the woods all simply sautéed. Toothsome, wonderfully earthy flavor that adds an umame punch to all the dry aged steaks. Carrots in a lightly citrusy local honey and butternut squash in a bourbon maple glaze heightens the metallic flavor, the sweet sour Maui onions add a wonderful earthiness and enhances the natural sweetness. Relatively standard salads and starters if you must. The warm frisee with egg and smoked bacon a great way to whet your palate for the carnivorous meal to come. Good selection of very fresh oysters. Craftsteak boasts the best selection of single malts in the city. 10 – 50 year, page after page of whiskeys. As an apéritif, paired with the meal or a night cap. Indulge. A great wine list with many non-American producers offers great alternatives for those wanting something more traditional. Vegas resort pricing. Outstanding steakhouse friendly and proper service. Advance reservations a must. Dining at the bar is an alternative but be warned, it gets crowded during the peak of dinner service. Visit after visit, Craftsteak delivers. Worthy.

Overdue review of our dinner here 2 weeks ago. Vegas trip for my buddy’s bachelor party. We were staying at the MGM and this restaurant was an easy pick since we didn’t have to leave the hotel! Craftsteak is a very spacious & hip/Sheik restaurant. Dim lights & warm earthy colors throughout. Our table was at one of the side rooms. We had a great gathering of friends and were very hungry after a full day of adventures ! Took a look at the wine menu, all bottles are in the $ 100+ range, except for two reds @ $ 65. I think I’ve seen them at $ 15, but then this is Vegas so there you go. My old fashioned was like candy, Bullet bourbon $ 12. The steak menu was impressive, I wanted a fatty steak to absorb the mayhem of cocktails I had and will have. Ordered 22 oz T-Bone @ $ 58, was able to eat half and shared the rest with the table. For sides ordered Cauliflower, was tasty and can’t remember what the rest of the group ordered. Great service, we had 3 – 4 people serving, replenishing drinks, taking photos for us. Steaks were great, super busy & noisy, overpriced, but got the job done.

Craftsteak is a fairly typical but very well executed steakhouse. It’s a bit more expensive than comparable restaurants since it’s in Vegas, but the atmosphere is nice, the service is great, and the food is delicious. Warm Frisee — If you want something healthy, look elsewhere. Despite being a salad, this is more of a cheese and bacon explosion. Very rich and tasty, but definitely not light either. Organic Lettuce Salad — This salad, on the other hand, is very light and refreshing with a lemon vinaigrette. Made for a nice contrast to the heavier items we ordered. Side of Brussels Sprouts — Again, despite being a vegetable dish, is very rich. Very good smoky bacon flavor though. Brussels sprouts can sometimes get a bit gummy especially when cooked in this much oil, but these retained a great firm texture and were very well cooked. 16oz. Roasted N.Y. Strip Steak — Cooked perfectly rare. While some other high-end steakhouses often cook in butter, leaving a rich but distinctly buttery note, the steak here seemed to be cooked differently and really lets the flavor of the meat speak for itself. Definitely one of the best steaks I’ve ever had, not much else to say. Fruit Platter — Really hit the spot after having so much heavy food. Lots of very fresh and less common fruits. Beautiful presentation and a great finisher for the meal. Very straightforward restaurant. If you want an excellent steak in a classy environment, this is a great option.

Gorgeous, elegant ambiance and delicious, well-executed food. Came here for an early 5PM dinner before catching the KA show also located in the MGM. Menu-wise it’s fairly standard steakhouse fare with the appetizers and salads, different cuts of meat, smaller seafood selection and sides. They give you free bread – baked Hawaiian rolls with salt sprinkled on top. Very buttery and delicious. We ordered the Warm Frisée Salad and Organic Green Lettuces to start. The first is more of a rich, creamy concoction disguised as a salad. It is anything but light and healthy due to the generous amounts of blue cheese and bacon. It’s very rich and savory and I enjoyed the first few bites but it did get overwhelming. The latter, contrastingly, is very light and refreshing with a lemon vinaigrette. The steaks are separated into grilled and roasted. The roasted ones are first pan seared then finished in the oven FYI. All four of us chose steaks and I had the 10 oz. Filet Mignon medium. It was so well cooked that I enjoyed it very much even though it was a bit more raw than the pink I usually request. While some steak houses focus on seasoning and a more buttery meat, this place is more purist. The steaks are very simple and minimally seasoned but mouth-watering and delicious. Everything is served a la carte and also had the Brussels sprouts as a side. Brussel sprouts were very flavorful and rich. For dessert we had the Carrot Cake and Fruit Platter. Carrot Cake was the perfect amount of sweetness with a yummy cream cheese frosting and the maple ice cream was a great contrast both flavor and texture-wise. Presentation of the fruit platter was gorgeous with all the fruits delicately sliced and arranged to create a colorful aesthetic.

This was an amazing steakhouse! If you are a big fan of Top Chef on the Bravo, Tom Colicchio is the head judge of the show and just so happens to own Craft LA, Craft NYC, and ‘Wichcraft. The ambiance is elegant and you have your choice to sit in either a booth, table, or couch seats. There is also a bar that looks small when you enter(it is shaped like an «L»). Other than that, you can pretty much order anything here! The steaks are cooked to perfection. I would also suggest ordering the fries or mushrooms. If you’re feeling game, you must try the oysters from Russia if they are available. Your meal could run around $ 80 – 100 per person if appetizers are in your order. Expect to drop about $ 200 per person if you’re planning to order the Kobe steak! Definitely worth visiting if you are in town!

Being a fan of steak + top chef + and Tom I knew this place was must for one of our vegas dinners. Décor: 4.5 stars, dark, yet comfortable atmosphere. Trendy yet sophisticated they have filmed a few episodes of top chef here as well as what our waitress hinted the finale for this season was filmed here, can’t wait ;) Service: 5 stars hands down. Everyone was attentive, professional, fit the bill of a 5 star steak restaurant. It’s really the little things that matter, for example when we sat down our outfits were all Black, waitress made note of this and switched out our white napkins for black napkins, it’s little things like this that set the tone of a meal for me. Was it necessary? no, did it have me wowed? Yes! Again I’m easily pleased, it’s the little things. Food: ok so this is where things got tricky, some foods were 5 star heaven in my mouth amazing, others closer to 3 stars, I was very disappointed in some options, I had high expectations which weren’t fulfilled in every category of our meal. Start with the food that was«ok». Sadly the steak to me was not up to par with my expectations or the fact that when coming to a steak based restaurant I expect it to «wow me». Ordered the ribeye and while I have no doubt that the cut was amazing it was pretty bland, plain, nothing memorable besides the presentation/massiveness of the meat. To me it was under seasoned, trust me I understand to appreciate the steak itself you don’t want a bunch going on to take away from the meat but sadly I was left underwhelmed on what I expected to be one of the best ribeyes I’d ever have. It’s not a good sign to be at an establishment like this looking for salt and pepper shakers. Also a miss for our table was the roasted pepper risotto, under cooked! When a side is left untouched by 3 hungry women you know that says something. Anyways, aside from the service being amazing I stuck with 4 stars for a reason despite my underwhelming steak. **The Lobster bisque had to be the best I’ve ever had hands down! Everyone at the table agreed it was fantastic, so creamy and smooth with big chunks of lobster a must have, truly memorable. Lastly the brussle sprouts side was to die for! Really tasty, the perfect amount of crunch & flavor, this was seasoned correctly. These dishes on the side really made up for what the steak couldn’t deliver. Would I be back? Most likely not, but again the lobster bisque may have me reconsider.

Craftsteak is not for the faint of stomach or faint of wallet. This place will stuff you like a teddy bear n break your bank like the IRS. Parking: Your in Vegas get a ride! Décor: You can definitely see the quality in all their furniture and the cleanliness is uncanny. They had just the perfect amount of dim lighting throughout which really sets a nice ambiance in the place. ONLY complaint is that the tables are close together. I mean the table next to us was thrown off when i kept switching between my normal voice and my British accent. I appreciate the support but I feel like I could have put my fork in their steak at times. Service: The service was outstanding. I forgot our servers name but she was part of(Team 5) — that’s what it said on our receipt. But they are extremely organized and in unison with everything they do here. On top of that with the pricing in the staff is very personal and doesn’t omit a false level of sophistication which is awesome. Biggest thing was everything was cleared and brought out within minutes of each other. Food: So I will start off by saying papa bear spared no expense on this one and went for the Chef’s Choice(Kobe Menu) $ 155 a person. That came with unlimited bread, 4 appetizers, 3 Wagyu Steaks, 3 Sides, &4 Desserts.(This was for a part of 3 people) Appetizers: Prosciutto: Honestly was good but not great. Probably the worst thing I had that night. It had some great natural oils in; however I feel it was missing a little density in it, which I think is just my preference when it comes to prosciutto. Cocktail Shrimp: Man these things were huge, like Shaq’s toe huge. They were extremely fresh, cleaned perfectly and delicious. Best part for me they made their cocktail sauce in house. Caesar Salad w/Anchovies Ok to start if you don’t like Anchovies you’d probably want to stay away. They defiantly use the fresh choves in their dressing. I personally loved it, as well the croutons they used with the salad were awesome. They weren’t salty at all which is awesome because it set a great counter balance of the salt from the anchovies in the dressing. As well the romaine was fresh and the fresh Parmesan cheese was the closer on this girl. Shaved Fennel Salad w/Poached Egg This would not be for everyone, luckily I’m not everyone. The fennel balanced with the poached egg was oh so dank. On top of that the server literally tosses it right in front of you. I took a slomo video of this and it might be one of the most x rated videos i own. The best part about the whole thing, BOOM they put bacon in it. Oh so grateful for such an addition to the dish. SIDES: Brussels W/Bacon Done to perfection and the most impressive thing about this dish was the consistency of the Brussels. If you really look at the picture they stayed fully intact and had the perfect body to them. Not going to lie, they were way better then any one I’ve ever made. Pureed Potatoes: Ok so when you look at this, it literally looks like a porridge dish that my great grandma would eat! But no joke like for real. Once you slap that spoon in your mouth it literally taste like what the holidays make you feel like. It had the right amount of butter and creamy taste without messing with the integrability of the potato. This would by far be the best basic potato dish I’ve ever had. In my life. Red Pepper Risotto with Buffalo Mozzarella: Well this is a dish that I will forever remember. I don’t want to lie to you but I would honestly go back for this. Creamy, Savory. It really is the Best Risotto me and my friends have ever had. N let’s be for real they got the fresh mozzarella on there. Whoever designed this dish had me in their heart because I am seriously in love with it. Like so good have it at my wedding good. Steaks Wagyu New York 14 oz. 2nd favorite: Cooked to perfection with an amazing char on the exterior of it. The body was juicy and supple. Oh ya n the steak was good 2 ;)The sheer density of the meat was everything I wanted it to be. Skirt 14oz ###!1111111. OK I’m a fatty type of guy when it comes to meat n I don’t mean and disrespect to what they do with everything here but this was award winning. I could seriously have this as my last meal on earth n die a happy man. Like goodness the flavor packed into this skirt makes me question what type of illegal things they’re doing in the kitchen. Bob Marley really said it «Is this love Is this love that I’m feeling». The answer is yes, yes it is! Filet 8oz 3rd favorite overall a great filet n the very flavorful for the leanest cut of meat. Dessert: Bread Pudding with Almonds Favorite dessert I’ve ever had in the world. I cant even talk about it cause it gets me excited. Just try it Lemon Caramel Cheesecake Flan & cheesecake had a baby! 3 Ice creams: Mango, Apple Cider, Hibiscus The cider ice cream! All I want 2 say Chocolate Moose Creamy rich and a perfect moose «Get It While It’s Good Cause Don’t Nothing Last Forever»

Probably the best steak experience I’ve ever had in my life. We decided to go with the chef’s selection; domestic wagyu. Best deal. Start: warm frisée, Caesar salad, prosciutto San Daniele, and the shrimp cocktail. Awesome start! The meat: Domestic wagyu filet, skirt, and ribeye. They ribeye and the skirt were by far my favorite. So buttery and rich. I’m not much of a filet fan because it lacks the fat and we all know fat=flavor. Sides: Brussels, red pepper risotto, and potato purée. All of which were perfection. Dessert: monkey bread, tropical vanilla cheesecake, trio of ice cream, and caramel chocolate mousse. By this point, there had been so much food that I think we all had a meat high. Overall, this was amazing and I think I may have some clogged arteries. All worth it.

So while in Vegas I vouched to have at least one The Godfatheresque dinner. I was fumbling between Del Frisco’s, STK and Craftsteak. Well what I went with is quite obvious now and it is a decision I do not regret. The restaurant is located centrally within the MGM leading to the signature connector. Surrounded by the many shops that the MGM has to offer, this restaurant gives a welcoming vibe from the outside going in. The hostesses were super friendly and escorted us to our table, where I requested a seat change to a booth which they gladly moved us to :) Service: George and Kevin are two guys I’d have to steal away from Craftsteak if I was opening up a restaurant in Vegas. Both were perfect examples of what 5 star service is. Genuinely attentive with smiles at every table visit. The lady running things with them could use a bit of a training session from them. 4.5÷5 Food: Ceasar Salad: Eh the lettuce was forgettable and the ceasar dressing was too. A replica of one you’d get at any other place in the world. The croutons were good though. 2.5÷5 SALADTIP: Their ranch is the best ranch I have had in my life. therefore I suggest you order a garden salad of some sort with ranch dressing. Filet Mignon: The best. At the bite the tenderness was unmatched, miles ahead of any I’ve ever tried. The medium had the juiciness of a medium rare minus the red. Sauce-less but not an issue. 5/5…yes I 5’d a main dish NY Strip(Bone-in): Juicy and a hypnotizing amount of flavor. I tried so hard to leave a couple pieces for small bites after my predicted night of hard drinking but I couldn’t resist it. 4.5÷5 Baby carrots: A good parent would bring their kids here for their vegetables serving. 5⁄5 Truffle Fries: I am sad to inform you that they were very mediocre. Maybe not enough people order them? I’m a 90’s kid though, can you blame me? Forgettable but not terrible. Just okay I tell you. 2.5÷5 Unfortunately I was too full for dessert, another tip, heavy meal it around 5⁄6 in Vegas, it’s bad to exercise on a full stomach. Drinks: Cadillac Margarita(Don J): It’s 2 for 1. based off alcohol content. Definitely a nice drink to keep that buzz going or started. 4⁄5 Lemonade: Meh 2.5÷5 This was a great dining experience, Sad to say the only thing holding this from a 5 was the salad and the fries, that sounds so stupid doesn’t it? The meats were some of the best I have ever had and oh yeah the complimentary bread rolls. eyes open, mouth watering good. I’m so not a fan of repetition but I hope this place holds up for when I’m 55 and am too old and lazy to wander off Unilocal touring to try new stuff.

I will start by saying that I am not a steak person, as in I very rarely even remotely enjoy steak. I did, however, try a bite of the steak and it was pretty good(for a steak) :) I ordered the salmon which was quite delightful and went well with all of the sides we ordered. We had the mashed potatoes which were super creamy and my favorite of the sides we ordered! I also enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and summer squash. Basically everything we ate seemed to really focus on bringing out the natural flavors without a crazy amount of seasonings. To be honest, I probably would not return based on the price point to order a complete a meal, but it’s a great place to dine on someone else’s dime for sure.

This place is by far my favorite steak house in Vegas. And I’ve only been to two steakhouses in Las Vegas. The service here is just excellent and super attentive-we had 2 servers for our table-cray cray! We ordered scallops, 18 oz ribeye, 10 oz filet mignon, asparagus, and fingerling potatoes. Everything was tasty. My sister was raving about this pineapple mixed drink that was just delicious! The scallops were huge and their bread & butter was so good! The ribeye was grilled and the filet mignon was roasted. The meat came pre cut, which I prefer, because I don’t like to work for my meal! Both of the meats were cooked to our liking-I actually prefer it a bit less done-medium rare, but I know that my mom likes to eat it medium well, so we went with that. They have this lady that came and asked if we wanted to purchase pictures. We said sure and my mom was able to haggle the lady for a cheaper price! It comes in a nice leather folio and the pictures turned out great. You can view it before they put it in the folio. We finished off with these complimentary kit kat/rice crispy looking treats. Overall, the best steakhouse I’ve been to! It is a bit pricier, but so worth it! Will definitely be coming back here again next time I’m in Vegas!

Man, this place is good. Its not fancy cooking but is more about high quality ingredients. I wish I could give it 6 stars. This is the 3rd time we have been here & it will not be the last! Fresh ingredients of the highest quality, exemplary service & beautiful surroundings. We had the seafood platters to start. Succulent shrimp, oysters & crab that was market fresh. We also ordered the steak tartar(very good) For my main dish I had the Japanese A5 Wagyu steak. This is not cheap however it is worth every penny of the $ 260 paid. It is so tender and juicy. This is something everyone should experience once in their lives. I cannot rave enough about it. The Japanese wagyu is just the best beef money can buy. By far!!! Do not hesitate to order this even though the price is extreme. Its worth it. Save your pennies and if you order nothing else get this! Then their is the mash potato! It is so silky smooth, creamy & buttery! It is the perfect compliment. You will regret not ordering this! We also had side of mushrooms, squash, spinach. Asparagus(very good) & their french fries(yum) The desserts are also good. They try to push the monkey bread which is ok but i would opt for the carrot cake instead. You should visit Craft. You will not be disappointed. Service is also great and they have a brilliant wine and spirits list as well!

This is probably my favorite steakhouse in the country and I really enjoy coming here when in Vegas. First the dining room is spacious and swanky. The service is very attentive and fast. On to the food. I always order the domestic Wagyu tasting menu– priced at $ 155 per person you get a corresponding number of cuts of Wagyu steaks depending on how many people order it. For instance if two people order the tasting menu you can choose two Wagyu steaks and so forth. You get to choose three appetizers/salads, lobster bisque is included as well as shrimp cocktail, steaks, three sides and they bring out desserts. I highly recommend the warm Frisée salad, spinach salad and buffalo mozzarella. Order the Wagyu ribeye and NY Strip– so rich and melt in your mouth goodness. Please order them medium-rare. Anything above it is doing it injustice. Now, Wagyu steaks are rich so if you don’t like that then the regular grilled steaks are fine too– just a different texture. Steaks have a beautiful char and is seasoned perfectly with a nice crust. The potato purée is so good but one order can feed four people so don’t over order that. The sides can all be shared. By the time dessert arrives my belly is so full I don’t touch it but it looks great.

O lugar é bem estiloso e não parece mesmo q vc está no meio de um cassino. As carnes são muito boas e o risoto como side dish é uma boa. O atendimento deixa a desejar pelo tempo para pedir e preparo do prato.
