Here’s the thing… you have Starbucks on the other side of the hotel that always delivers a solid coffee or tea drink. The Roasted Bean, makes an ‘okay’ coffee drink. I always tend to order extra shots, and when I do here… I can never really taste the robust flavor of extra espresso despite shelling out $$ for it. They don’t warm your danish or croissants which is another down side. I did order a veggie panini here one day for a quick bite for lunch that was very good but overall it is really just okay, particularly given their prices. Let’s just say I ended up walking across the casino to go to Starbucks most times.

Glorified Starbucks! Coffee So/so Great Décor in the Mirage Las Vegas! Convention going on caused for a lack of seating due to people doing pre– class meetings! Products were very similar to Starbucks with slightly exaggerated prices! Must be a Vegasbucks! Baked goods like scones and muffins were dry! One star for the early morning pleasantness of the staff!

After spending $ 4 on a small cup of bitter tasting coffee, I feel like a roasted bean. My dad, brother, and yours truly were hanging out in the back of the Mirage at the vicinity of the swimming pool and gateway to the dolphins. Just like the grey clouds above, tiredness was creeping in. It was time to rejuvenate with a cup of coffee. Because my dad was in Las Vegas a limited time and family time is so precious, I passed over wasting time sauntering across the Mirage to Starbuck’s. Instead, I walked a few feet to the Roasted Bean, which is located in the back of the Mirage near the theatres and swimming pool. In similar fashion to the Mirage swimming pools and theatres, the Roasted Bean is commodious. There are several chairs and tables. This is a convenient self serve café to hang out before a show or spending time at the pool. A few years previous, the Roasted Bean served me a hot caffeineated beverage before we saw a show in the Mirage Theatre. I remembered it being overpriced but not bitter tasting. It is a bitter pill to swallow that the Mirage has the gall to charge over $ 4 for a small cup of coffee that I couldn’t finish and was weak. After drinking some of the bitter brew, I was still tired. After enough sips of this stuff, I tossed it in the trash. The upshot is that I tossed $ 4 in the trash. After leaving the Mirage, I’d spend around the same for a café Americano at the Grand Bazaar Starbuck’s that tasted delightful and woke me up. After spending $ 4 on a small cup of bitter coffee, I think that I was better off falling asleep. There are far better coffee establishments selling good tasting and strong coffee for equal or less money in the vicinity of the Mirage. These places include: Coffee Bean in the Venetian, Paris Baguette in the Venetian, Starbuck’s, Paris, Ebar in Fashion Show, McDonald’s in Harrah’s, and generally speaking anyplace else.

Having a little snack and coffee before the concert. I chose this egg and sausage muffin sandwich and white vanilla latte. This was good enough to get me going for the night. Pretty expensive but the convenience of just being right there close to the theater, I cannot complain. It was all good.

For a Strip casino coffee counter, it’s predictably priced($ 7 for a large mocha, $ 10 for a breakfast wrap) and the quality is just okay. I found it average in almost every way. The many teapots on display for décor was nice, and there was plenty of seating, but nothing about the product to make it stand out from other generic spots. My mocha was nicely foamy but the actual brew didn’t have much flavor. Note that they do have a «drinks only» line to expedite the morning rush. There’s an additional charge for alternative milks, and the breakfast wraps/sandwiches use fake eggs. Sizes are small and large only.

In a rush and need some coffee, but you’re too impatient to wait in line at the Pantry or too lazy to head back to the Starbucks in the maze that is every Strip casino. Congratulations, you’ve settled. The Roasted Bean offers pre made food options, breakfast sandwiches, and pretty much anything that any other coffee shop offers. What may surprise you here are the prices, a large Iced Americano and veggie Panini cost me just under twenty dollars with a tip. The iced Americano was actually pretty good and tasted better than most Starbucks’ Iced Americanos that have sucked down these many years. The veggies sandwich on the other hand seemed old and needed some dressing or even hot sauce. It was just plain and dry and for 7 bucks, I kind of needed more. They also sell t-shirts that say, «I got Roasted at the Roasted Bean». I’m kidding, but that would be pretty cool.

Such a delish cup of coffee. I’m simple when I drink my coffee. If you want a nice little spot to sit down at with a nice cup of joe(nothing fancy) and a splash of cinnamon my suggestion is you try this spot out!

Great coffee — five times better than Starbucks! Nice place about 20 tables, you order at the counter and then find a seat or take out your order. Lots of sandwiches, pastries and snack food. But the coffee is amazing. Had a couple latte’s there and they were delish !

I really preferred this place to get our morning coffees instead of Starbucks during our stay at the Mirage. The coffee were more reasonable(for Vegas standards), a small will run you around $ 3.5 and $ 4 for a simple black coffee. Soy and flavors are $ 1 extra. Super friendly employees and a line specially designated for drinks that moves rather quickly. They also have a large assortment of baked goods and deli sandwiches that rival the gross ones we unfortunately experienced at Starbucks earlier.

The mirage boasts a multitude of world-class attractions, but if I’m being honest, I think they should really consider putting the Roasted Bean up on the billboards. I tried this place for the first time last week with my wife. She needed a pick-me-up before the Terry Fator show started and this place was located conveniently a few steps away from the theater entrance. I wasn’t expecting the product I received. The iced coffee was a little pricey, but well worth it in my opinion. It was strong and flavorful, the way I like it. I especially appreciate that they don’t pre-sweeten the coffee like so many local coffee shops do. I like being in control of the additional flavors in my coffee, and thankfully, roasted bean doesn’t need any sugary syrups or creamers(although I’m sure they have plenty if you request them). My wife got a blended ice coffee drink which she really enjoyed. I didn’t try it, but I’ll take her word for it since she consumed it quickly and I remember how nice the presentation was. I’m not being dramatic here, I have considered leaving early for work so I can stop into the mirage to get my morning coffee at the roasted bean. I haven’t done it yet, but I’ve got a feeling this idea isn’t beyond me.

Meh. $ 3.50 for a small cup of coffee. Nothing to special about it I’d say same quality as Starbucks. Only a longer line. Will I ever be back? Doubt it but it’s not bad.

The dining options at the Mirage are decent but they are not as good as some of the other casinos on the strip. With that being said the only coffee option at the Mirage is The Roasted Bean. Although the line seemed a bit daunting in the mornings, the employees did a good job getting through orders and accurately processing drinks. Overall the drinks were decent. The quality of the coffee was fine but didn’t blow my skirt up. Most of the drinks were a couple bucks more than what you would normally pay at the local Starbucks but since you’re in the casino you get what you get. So if you’re looking for a little pick-me-up after a long night then the Roasted Bean in the Mirage is a decent option.

There are only two coffee options at the Mirage. This is the best one. Early mornings are quiet as everyone else is hungover or in line at the Starbucks. PROS: Good coffee, best coffee shop at the Mirage, bran muffins, egg white and veggie breakfast burrito. It’s not Starbucks. Fresh OJ. Strong Mirage Wi-Fi signal. CONS: Staff can be a bit«spotty,» slow and/or annoyed. Like everything in Vegas, a bit overpriced.

I practically came here every morning during my vacation :) As there are no coffee makers in the hotel rooms at the Mirage!!! It wasn’t too bad to walk down the hall, get in elevator, order coffee at The Roasted Bean which is located very close to Business Center on main floor and you’ll notice a big Yogurt shop across the way. Then head back to elevator, room! Maybe about 20 minutes or so. I am proud to say during this week, I finally earned my Brewed Awakening badge on Unilocal: D Staff was great, coffee was Excellent, plus they sold a nice variety of baked goods, fruits, pastries, sandwiches, etc. It’s a lovely coffee shop and can get very busy in the mornings. They have two lines, one for coffee only, to help speed up, unless you want to order from the food case… I liked the atmosphere and décor of the place. It kind of reminded me of England because they have so many tea pots! Brits love their tea, yeah I am a big fan of Downtown Abbey lol. They also have comfortable seating. I enjoyed coming here in the mornings, it was a good routine for me and honestly, it was nice to take a break from Starbucks. One cup of regular coffee cost about $ 3 and I was very satisfied. I didn’t try any other drinks during my stay. I had one of the best vacations ever, so relaxing and important to get my daily caffeine :)

Always my favorite coffee & croissant before heading out to the pool. The line gets pretty long but they keep it moving like a well oiled machine! Everything is fresh and delish. Great pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and sandwiches. Wish they’d bring back their croissant sandwiches though. That’s what brought me there in the first place :(

Great little place for a quick breakfast. The food is fast even when there is a long line. Good selection of baked goods. Good location a little out of the way from all the loud craziness of the casino. Prices are reasonable for a little bakery of this sort and especially reasonable for Vegas. My favorite here is the almond bear claw. It is fresh, goey, and really good.

This is a pretty decent breakfast option at the Mirage… a tad cheaper than Starbucks and shorter line. A large coffee is around $ 4 … My particular visit consisted of a large coffee and banana walnut muffin for under $ 10. Other breakfast options including croissants, a variety of muffins, danishes, fruit, yogurt parfaits, oatmeal, and other items.
