The owner gave me his personal mobile number and offered to answer my calls at anytime, after hours or not. I explain again, this jeweler carries the top 1% maybe the top .1% of diamonds available. Beware! The sales people and owner are not honest. First they claim to be wholesale. They are not. But that is not the biggest problem. It’s the conduct of this business. They refuse to provide information unless you come in for a high pressure sales pitch. They are very pushy. I asked for a specific stone size and shape for a custom engagement ring. My request was ignored. Stones too big (over 6 carats) or not what I wanted were pushed on me. I was disappointed. The owner called and later begged me for a second chance. I agreed. But then the owner refused to give me information and prices on stones when she said she had more options. My repeated request for this information was ignored. After my first experience I explained I had to drive 25 miles each way to her office. So I wanted to know more information before I would come back to see the stones. Communication ceased and my calls were not returned. This is not a trustworthy or honest business. Buyer Beware!!!
