The Luggage Factory

Stumbled into this store as I walked around the Outlet Mall. Came in looking for a couple of pieces that I will be the last ones I have to buy being 55. Staff came off as knowledgeable about their product line and had me comparing a couple of models once I knew the brand I wanted which was Delsey. Picked out 4 pieces for my wife and I in 2 different colors went off to continue to shop and told the staff I was coming back for their best price. After and hour of walking around including a stop in at the Samsonite Store I Went back to the Luggage Factory to finalize my deal. Angel gave me what he thought was his best price and I paid the bill which included shipping to Calif. Upon my return home I went back online to show my wife what I bought and found the Luggage Fac​tory​.Com website had a different price then what I paid. I called the store when I the Manager Dan was in and he and I had a great conversation about the situation during which I discovered that whose online isn’t the same as whose in the storefront. After a few days of research and a chat with Delsey I was compensated the difference and was really treated great from a customer service perspective. Product can be bought anywhere but what I got was well worth the trip into the right store.
