Had to endure the rudest, most ignorant/arrogant barista worker girl today(crazy eyed with whacked out eyebrows). Coffee was adequate but no reason to keep rude staff employed here.

The Coffee Bean & Teal Leaf is one of my favorite places to go whenever the mood strikes for caffeinated refreshment. The baristas at the Palms location has practically memorized my usual drink: The Iced Tea Latte English/Scottish Breakfast in 32! TCB is the only place I know that carries this beverage which is why I keep coming back, the awesome and friendly folks working there is what makes it even better!

I was so thrilled to find out they had a CBTL downstairs at the food court of the Palms Hotel. I meant to come here more often during my stay at the Palms since I’m a big fan of CBTL but most mornings we had plans for breakfast. I was able to grab a soy iced white mocha here Sunday morning before heading to church(Yes, Unilocalers after a night of partying I needed to repent! I NEEDJESUS!) Unfortunately, I brought my drink back to my hotel room while I doing my makeup and I left my drink in my room before heading out so I never got to finish it :(It was good though from what I remember! It’s convenient to have this downstairs since the Palms is kind of isolated from the strip, it’s nice to have a place to grab coffee and pastries in the morning!

We are staying at the Palms and decided to make it easy on myself and go downstairs for my morning coffee. I ordered a medium coffee, a honey bran muffin and a small cup of fruit. The dark roast was so incredibly bitter. For a coffee, muffin, and fruit the total was $ 15! WHAT?!? I know, I know, it’s Vegas but it’s still ridiculous. The guys at the counter were really friendly and nice, so that rates another star. There is a Starbucks and Einstein Bagels right across from Palms Place and it’s worth crossing the road just to not spend a small fortune on your morning coffee.

This was my go to Caffeine stop on my recent Vegas trip. Just a counter in The Eatery area at the Palms casino, but the Coffee was good, Croissants were fresh and the service was quick and friendly. The counter was a little high for me, but they brought my order out to me so it wasn’t a problem.

So glad to see a Coffee Bean here at the Palm!!! Great coffee with great staff! I had a promotional gift card from last year and it had expired. I wasn’t aware of these cards having a expiration date, but the friendly employee informed us of the expiration date. I was fine not being able to use the card, but the employee took $ 5 off my coffee purchase! Now that’s SERVICE!

Incompetent staff(at least at 8:15 am July 8) make each transaction take absurdly long. Literally four people in line in front of me(two staff working) — I gave up and walked away after 10 minutes had passed and they were still on the third person.

I don’t know what happened to coffee bean. it used to be so good.(I also had one at the mall) their espresso taste so light. For the price I paid I would hope to have a decent beans in my coffee drink. This business now garbage to me. The coffee shop(café on the way) on the other side is much better.

This place is hit or miss. We were able to each score a $ 6 for $ 10 Groupon, so that was good. However, this place is WAY overpriced. I mean like REALLY overpriced, a few dollars over any Starbucks Manhattan price expensive. The first time here, I asked for an iced pumpkin chai. And I got stared at like I had ten heads. I was told that, they don’t put ice in their iced drinks. What? Then what makes it iced? The girl told me though that if I wanted ice in my iced chai, she’d give me ice, though no one ever asks for it. Okay… and $ 7,(yes $ 7) for this drink that was disgusting. It was undrinkable. I had to throw it away, I felt awkward going back up and asking for something else. I also got the YaYa’s yogurt parfait, and that was very tasty, but it was $ 5 so it was still expensive. For breakfast for two and two drinks(boy got an unsweetened iced tea and a plain bagel) it was like $ 23. Gimmie a break! Sorry, but that’s just way too expensive, even for a food court in a casino. The second time around, I tried one of their famous blended drinks, the small mocha with soy, and the boy got an iced earl grey tea. Tip — if you like iced tea, they can make any of their regular teas iced so you will have plenty of flavor choices. The large iced tea is $ 5, FYI. And no, they won’t question you on your wanting ice in your iced tea drink, just if you want iced chais. :) I guess if you are able to get the Groupon, give it a try, but honestly — right next door is Earl, and you get unlimited free refills and for half the price.

The coffee was great! But what made it complete were the staff on duty Justin and Muhammad ! Very friendly, knowledgeable, I’ll definitely be back :)

$ 16 for 2 iced mochas? This location is a complete joke. Drive into town to the one on Tenaya & Lake Mead. Better service and not overly marked up.

As always great coffee with great service. Especially at 7 am. Pumpkin Spice Latte was good, added an extra shot of espresso. Wait for it, wait for it.. you guessed it the price! A whopping $ 7.77 for a regular cup! I could have gotten a venti caramel macchiato at Starbucks for that price and still walked out with change! Maybe it’s just Vegas. Idk, next time I’ll just go to Macas(Mc Donalds) and get a breakfast combo for that price. The server was friendly and perky which was a plus.

I don’t encounter too many Coffee Bean’s, but I absolutely love the blended drinks! I had the hazelnut flavor this time, and I could have had 10 of them they were so good! The location in the Palms casino isn’t ideal, but the two guys making drinks were really friendly. I was going to try a pastry, but lost interest. all the treats looks mass produced.

This is in the Palms food court. Got an iced vanilla coffee and a chocolate croissant warmed up. The term warmed up was a kind term. That thing was fiery hot upon touching it. Had to wait a few minutes for it to cool off. The total for these two items was over $ 9. Guess there’s nothing cheap in vegas or this particular food court. The coffee was good though.

Any coffee shop other than that overpriced overhyped Starbucks is good for me. Located in the Palm’s food court, you can get your coffee needs here. I’m not a fan of McDonalds but love their coffee. If it’s coffee you want, then head over to McDonalds where is just as good, but much cheaper. But if you want ice blend, cappuccino, espresso, then come over here.

This Coffee Bean is located inside the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Service: A-OK Coffee: Delicious Prices: ASTRONOMICAL! Almost $ 7 for a large Americano. So — if you’re staying here and are tired /hungover /don’t have options, then by all means, pony up for a hot coffee and go about your day. Just be aware of the prices.

I came to the Palms with my girlfriend to watch a movie and thought to myself, «Awesome! They have a Coffee Bean inside!» I walked in, checked-in, and saw there wasn’t any real good photos of their display, food, and staff so I take my phone and start snapping away but then a man, rude in his tone, and loud enough for the rest of the customers and his staff waiting in line could hear, starts snapping at me about their policy of no photos of the food case. I was so upset that I had to walk away, then came back to ask this person’s name. His name was Sam and he was the manager of this Coffee Bean! And what a coincidence, Sam is also the duke of this Coffee Bean! You would think the manager wouldn’t be so rude and by the way he displayed his power as a manager shows how high of regard he shows to patrons and customers to the Coffee Bean. I understand some stores do have policies of no photography and those stores do post signs to alert the customer of such policies. Hey Sam! Lighten up and be a little nicer to your customers. Not everyone is aware of your policies since they’re not posted up here. There is no need to be rude! 1 star for horrible service BEFORE I even got to order! And won’t be coming back here again. But because of this whack experience here, it turned me onto Blizzberry! HA! ======================================================= UPDATE: After ordering our Blizzberry creation, Sam the manager approached us and apologized for his rudeness and explained that he was upholding the company’s policy of no photographs of the case. He gave me his card and asked if there was anything he can do. I told him«No.» … I didn’t have any comment but to say, OK, uh-huh. Nice gesture, but what if I wasn’t sitting there anymore? Apology accepted Sam, but I hope you’ve changed your attitude to fit your position at this company.
