Here everyday! Love their friendly service. They already know my drinks and have it ready when I come in the morning. Great staff!!!

If this service is considered to be fast by some of the previous reviewers I’d like to see their definition of slow. Several minutes at the drive thru for a chai tea latte, with only person ahead of us, and then had to walk in to get said latte remade since they apparently forgot the chai the first time around. There were four employees (two of them chatting with each other about how they find it difficult to sleep with their respective observers in the same bed), no other customer besides me in line, and that’s apparently too much for them to handle. At five bucks a pop for your shitty, small «chai» I think I’ll pass.

Every time I go to this location, I have an amazing experience. The service is great and the drinks are so good! I think the iced coffees could have a little less ice but they are fantastic!

One of the many reasons why I love this particular location is because of the direction of the outside seating in conjunction with the sunrise. Goodness… to experience such a sight as the heat of the sun coupled with the watmth of my coffee work together to energize me for my new day. What more can you ask for?

The service was good, drive through girl was very friendly. Their menu is average for a coffee joint and comparable prices to Starbucks. I got an iced coffee and it was up to par.

I really like this location because every time I drive through, I am greeted with a friendly smile. I love that every $ 25 I refill on my gift card allows me to earn a free drink!
Also, I wanted to share that on Friday, September 25^th, 2015, I had my gift card ready to hand over and I was informed that the customer in front of me had paid for my drink. I thought that was so awesome! Although there was no one behind me, I will definitely be «paying it forward» more often — the feeling is amazing! ;)

This place is great and it feels like a hometown coffee shop. Staff is always very kind. Great location for in and out or just to sit on the patio. The Manager Barb is fantastic, too. Always so friendly. My go to instead of Starbucks for sure. Much better coffee.

They start making my coffee when I walk in the door. By the time I get to the front of their fast moving short line it’s waiting for me.

I would suggest they do away with the pain of needing to sign a $ 3 credit card slip though…

Service was great. But I need internet speed to be high in order to go to coffee shops Speed very slow and not up to the date. Against room great and staff very friendly. Please work on the internet speed so we can get work done and meet people here ;))

Not really please with the Malibu Dream. I got that, a cheesecake, and a Caramel Latte for my mom. It came out to $ 16! The cheesecake was 5.95 for a small little piece. Smaller than a slice She usually has nothing but good things to say about this place. But this visit was not as pleasant. Service could’ve been better.

I sometimes stop through here on my way to work in the morning. Today, I encountered the most cheerful staff member ever at this location. His name was Matthew. He was very quick, friendly and also addressed me by my first name after he read it on my debit card. Was a great way to start the day with a coffee and a smile :)

This location is my favorite I always drive thru before a day at the Downtown Summerlin Mall… the drinks are superb and the staff so gracious… Matty the barista makes me feel like Royalty!!!

I always love going through the drive thru for my morning coffee and bagel and they usually are so pleasant, but today I walked in with my small dog and the lady behind the counter was so rude about the situation. She needs to learn how to talk to people. I would have left without a fight knowing she would get in trouble? People take their pets every where now a days and it usually isn’t a problem? Why put tables and chairs outside?

This location is hit or miss… baristas are either super nice or super snobby. I like CB’s coffee and tea over starbucks.
The drive thru can take a long time though.

This CB is located across the park and next door to a healthy food restaurant. Staff are always friendly, fast service, and great in stock items!

The generally accepted course of action when someone hands you a tip is to thank them. Even «Have a nice day» would have been appreciated.
I didn’t catch her name but Ms. Cool with the long purple witch-​like nails needs to learn some manners. Terms like «thank you» and «have a nice day» should probably be included in your training manual.
Don’t make me switch to Starbucks. I’m not even playing.

For the most part, I do like coffee bean and tea leaf stores. This one wouldve got 5*, but a few faux pas messed it up for them. I was on this side of town for a business meeting. I ordered my usual poison, iced white chocolate and a food item to go. I got my coffee first and was hopung to have my food item shortly behind. WRONG! She «forgot» about my food, 15 mins later? Get real!

Sometimes you just need the java. I come here anytime I eat at Daily Kitchen to get my coffee. Not my favorite chain but this location seems good. Staff is friendly and the service is quick. Seems like they always try to offer me some food. While I have never taken them up on it, I can appreciate the effort. Biggest plus, if I order a large, they don’t look at me like I’m a dick.

Consistent fails here for me.
Perhaps it’s just a string of bad luck but I have to review this location after the last few visits with mistakes.
Today I order a latte with 3 sugars and ended up with a latte with 3 Splendas. For some this would be no problem, but I can’t stand Splenda and when you spend $ 5 on coffee you want it to be right.
My wife’s latte was worse. It came out with the type of drink written on the lid in sharpe marker. What that does is cause you to smell and taste sharpe every time you take a sip. That picture is attached.
The service at the drive-​thru wasn’t the typical coffee shop friendliness either.
It gets two stars because it is always clean and the dine in area is very cozy.

Love this location. Located near 215 and Town Center, it is almost right across from the park.
Like most coffee beans, inside has chairs and tables as well as sofa seats for a more comfy experience.
But what was different, that made me like this location, specifically so much, is that they have chairs and tables outside ! When the weather is nice, its such a nice experience ! When i was here the other day, i sat outside, in the shade, reading on my kindle. Considering i stayed here for a few hours, i had to switch seats once to face away from the sun when it dropped a little lower. But being in the shade for ½ the time, having the sun shining on my back felt so nice !!! XD
One other surprising thing i had experienced was girl scouts set up table here to sell cookies. The supervising adults had asked me if the kids had been disturbing me but i even missed her asking me the first time ! Its just a nice and quiet area, and i was into my book, the noise the kids were making was barely anything to me.
Wi-​Fi is available, like all other locations, but i believe you need to get the code from your receipt (oops i forgot to ask for receipt, if anything, i think i said no for receipt XD)
