Kristel is great, primarily appointment only, her space is a private spot within a gang of other salons. I love that you aren’t waiting countless hours to get cut. I’ve been to so many great high end barbers around Vegas and she’s one of the best. Consistency is key as with some barbers that part of their game starts to falter as they get busy, wanna go home, talking to the barbers etc you know the drill this hasn’t been the case with Kristel. She also will chop you after hours for more money. Convenient, consistency is what to expect at the Clean Up!

Kristel is really nice, it’s really hard to find a good barber here in Vegas and thank God I found one. She really knows what she’s doing, she knows what’s best for your hair, and she is very accommodating too. She provides great service by letting you check what she’s working on to perfectly suit your preference. So if you are going for a REAL haircut, and not a talk show, The Clean-​Up is perfect for you! Kristel has to be the best hairstylist I’ve ever came upon! I’m originally from Hawaii and moved here to Las Vegas. I’m very very VERY picky when it comes to my hair, and back in Hawaii it took me 20 years to actually find someone that I could adjust too (I’m 25yrs old now).
All these Unilocal reviews about Kristel is 100% legit!!! She gives great customer service, listens to everything you say, always keep you in the loop during the haircut, and even teaches you different ways to gel your hair… I was speechless at that point. She goes above and beyond any hairstylist you’ll ever meet!

Kristel is great! She does an awesome job cutting my husband’s hair, so good that we started bringing our toddler to her for his haircuts!
She is so patient with him & us, even though he spends most of the appointment screaming & crying lol.
Definitely recommend her for your cuts!

Been out here in Vegas for 3 years now and it was pretty difficult to find a consistent barber. Kristel is awesome and makes you feel comfortable from the start! Not to mention her attention to detail. She explains as she goes making sure you get the look you want. Need a dope fade? This is the place. Make sure you book an appointment!

I’ve been going to Kristel for a while now and I can’t complain! The haircuts are always on point and her service is even better! She has great style and can help you figure out what you want if you’re not sure or torn between styles. Last trip I got my hair cut, beard cleaned up and even my eyebrows! Awesome barber!

Verdict: Kristel is a MASTER at her craft – plain and simple.
You know how when you go to a barber shop and you can feel pressured, almost intimidated by your surroundings and/​or your barber? Well, this is nothing like that experience.
Kristel makes it such a comfortable experience and she’s great at listening to what you want in a cut and turning that into fruition. This woman has serious skills with a set of clippers – a «clippa kween» if you will, (See what I did there? Instagram plug!).
Quick tip: Make sure you have an appointment as she is flexible with working around a time that works best for you.

I’m glad to see this woman strive for passion of cutting hair. She’s the most reliable barber I know coming from a customer that never found the right barber until I met this one of a kind. Always booked (knowing she’s that good!) yet very flexible to schedule a haircut. She’s also friendly and awesome to talk to, I’d give 5 stars to every visit with Kristel.

One of the best places to go for a fresh cut, if not thee best !! The only place i will go to get a cut in vegas. Been living here the past 3 years and finally found someone who understands my needs and actually takes the time to listen and get your cut right just the way u asked !! Very friendly and helpful and super knowledgeable. Not only does she do fresh stylish cuts but you can get your facial hair and brows cleaned up too. I have nothing bad to say about this place!

i think we can all agree that finding a barber that can work with you and feel your style is very rare. Going to a barber is where you’re able to relax, vent, laugh, and in the end feel good about yourself. THAT is what you get with Kristel. Kristel definitely has that niche to figure out what suits you. I didn’t go to her for almost three months since I was slammed at work. Sure enough, first time back she remembers exactly how I like my hair and even tweaked it up to make it better. Highly recommend her if you’re in need of a barber or even thinking about switching over. Not only is she skillful but definitely has an ear to listen if you just need to talk. Definitely will not be going anywhere else.

I’ve been getting my hair cut with Kristel for about two years now, and she never disappoints! Quality cuts and she always makes you feel welcome and you can talk to her about anything! Really a great barber and stylist experience! I just found out but she also does eyebrows for cheap and they are just as great as her haircuts. Definitely 100% recommend you going here for your cut!

Been getting my haircut from Kristel for about 5 years now and I honestly will not go to anyone else. She never disappoints and will literally talk to you about anything and everything. I’ve never felt more welcome’d by a barber than Kristel. Her studio has the dopest paintings and the chilliest music. Super easy to schedule in appointment just make sure you schedule ahead cause she gets booked quick! I swear dude you will leave this place feeling fly as fuck. PS IN N OUT is hella close lol.
