Tenaya Salon

Very happy with the nail service provided. Tikka is amazing. She took her time and did my nails perfectly.

My hair stylist at Jubillee moved over to Tenaya Salon several months ago, so I figured I should write a review!
This salon is very nice, even though it is a bit further away from me. It is clean, well stocked, and has a lovely waiting area. They usually will offer you bottled water and a snack, as well.
On Saturday, I had a bit of a scheduling issue, and I was SO impressed with how it was handled! Apparently, I’d written my appointment down in my phone as 3/​1, but scheduled it in her book as ³⁄₈. Of course, when I arrived at 3/​1, she was nowhere to be found. I called and sent her a text with no reply. Of course, I was starting to panic at this point because I needed to be somewhere at 4, and it was now after 1pm.
The staff at Tenaya Salon was absolutely amazing! They not only called my stylist at home and spoke to her husband, but they found a stylist that could do my hair right away. The stylist very generously squeezed me into her schedule and got me out of there by 3:30. I was so impressed with the customer service!
My stylist even came into the shop and apologized– it was actually my fault because I’d written the date down incorrectly.
The salon also does nails, in addition to all of the hair services.

Omg love love love this place especially tikka she always does such a great job and her customer service is amazing! I love her!!!
