When I first started the wedding planning process I really felt that I could handle it all on my own. But as the day got closer, and more vendors were in the mix, I started to stress out. I started having stress dreams about the wedding, and the idea of having to be in charge of so many people and moving parts just wasn’t my jam. My ideal vision for my wedding day was to be chilling out, drinking champagne and getting a little pampering … I didn’t want to be in charge of anything! I wanted to party with my Mr. and my nearest and dearest and that’s it! So I realized at this point that it was worth looking into hiring someone to handle the day-of details for me. That’s where Team Harman Events comes into the picture. I found Jess on Thumbtack and she immediately got back to me. 5 minutes into our phone consultation I knew that Jess and her team were the perfect match to help me pull off the Vegas wedding I had envisioned. Jess is thorough and will bring up details that you had probably never even considered. She is very in-the-know with all the major venues and vendors throughout Vegas, so she is a great sounding board for getting tips and advice on all wedding matters from event flow, décor, pre-wedding events, etc. I could write a novel on how amazing my experience with Jess and the entire Team Harman crew was, but I’ll keep it short and to the point. Hiring Team Harman for our day-of– coordinating needs was the BEST money we spent on our wedding…100%! All of our guests raved about how much fun they had, and that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to! We feel like our hearts grew about 3 sizes larger from all the love, joy, and fun my husband and I experienced that night. We owe that all to Jess and her team because having them take the wheel of our big day allowed us to be fully present to enjoy this special milestone moment in our lives. Thank you Team Harman for the amazing memories! If you’re planning on getting hitched in Vegas I recommend Team Harman all the way!

I have nothing but great things to say about Jessica’s talent for wedding planning. I wasn’t even sure that I wanted a wedding planner for my destination Las Vegas wedding, but decided to check out the prices on Thumbtack. I talked to a few of the other wedding planners and felt okay about them, but when I talked to Jess, I was sure she was the right one and that I actually did need her help. I had 47 guests attend my wedding and she did an amazing job at making everything flow and getting my guests from point A to B to C. Everyone commented on how surprised they were at the way everything flowed. Not only did she do the day of, she helped me plan SOMUCH even though she wasn’t hired or payed to do so. I also want to say that I am a huge planner and pretty much an expert at party-planning(not to toot my own horn, but«toot-toot»!) and I really couldn’t have made this the wedding it was without her. It was the wedding of my dreams and a ton of my guests have told me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I would also like to throw it out there that I didn’t have an unlimited or large budget, and this was money very well spent. She has worked throughout Las Vegas as an event coordinator for many restaurants, and she has the«ins» at a lot of places and hooked me up with so much that she saved me a lot of money. Not only that, but she made planning my wedding a fun experience. I was waiting for the stressed out«Bridezilla» to come out in me and it never happened :) I still have all of my friends! BONUS! Anyway, I highly recommend hiring Jessica as your event planner. You will be so happy that you did, trust me!
