They loaded me up with cap I didn’t at the time. Took it all back and the young lady in charge kept me waiting there until she attended customers that showed after me. The poor guy that helped me initially, although very polite, didn’t know how to take their crap back. Hence the wait for the person in charge. Ended up going to another store and switching from Verizon there. This store really sucked.

Most incompetent people I have ever been around. The store manager lies to my face about specs and release dates. And also mentions that phones aren’t supposed to work after 9 months. Every nine months, according to him, one must buy a new phone. That’s funny, so spend $ 760 on a phone every 9 months? Now I know I’m not supposed to expect much from people who work at T-Mobile stores, but managers blatantly lying about specs is unacceptable. I showed him the real specs and he goes, «you know, it’s pretty much the same.»

AVOIDATALLCOSTS!!! Never, ever, ever go to this store(or switch to t mobile in general) if at all avoidable! Went in to «jump» to a new device. They didn’t have the ones we wanted in stock so we ordered them and had them shipped to our house, that worked fine but that is the ONLY thing that went right at this store. We were told to just come back when we got the new phones with the new and old phones, and they could make sure everything was working ok and we could turn in our old phones. Fast forward to when we get the new phones and decide to go into the store: We are told that they can’t take them back in store, then they eventually change their minds and say that we can leave them there and they will send them back for us. I just got an email saying that we have 7 days to return the devices or we will be charged for them when we returned them almost 2 weeks ago… Call the store, they say we have to come back in. NOTHAPPENING(we were just in the store ~2 weeks ago for hours for this issue and another, see below). Call up customer support, they call the store, store keeps trying to get us to go back in. Not until we tell the representative on the phone that we are going to call fraud on this did they decide to open an «investigation» into where the phones went. We also went into this store to change over the primary account holder’s name on our account from the current holder to another holder who was already on the account. This took HOURS. We were told everything worked and was a-ok. NOPE. 4 calls to t mobile customer support and a live chat to t mobile support and all the issues still are not resolved. Seriously, do not go here. You will regret it.

I upgrade do a note 4 very friendly and quick transaction five star + I know it’s a new place but yes they need more accessories for the fun of the phones
