Sure receptionist are cheerful and employees generally helpful if you’ll pay tens of thousands to colo, but ask for a referral to any provider at their data center and they give me a cold shoulder and say «oh we only provide that info to our customers»… really? Fuck you! They have knowledge of who is providing what in their data center. I was a potential client looking for DDoS protection options, Switch can go fuck themselves. Especially since I’ve witnessed them give referrals before to POTENTIAL customers. I LOATH that kind of treatment by companies.
