I only go here because it’s across the street from where I live. Every time I go it’s a huge disappointment. The staff are slow and the lady at the register has no idea what she’s doing. One of the guys making coffee one day kept socializing making everyone wait for their coffee so he could flirt with other guys. I got charged for a triple shot when I only asked for an extra. Check your receipt! Go somewhere else.

Worst Starbucks in Las Vegas. The staff are SLOW, rude and unfriendly (even manager. I guess she doesn’t even know what customer service is. I have NO idea why she is in the manager position) I’ve been there almost a year because this location was so close to my work and I always feel bad because of the worst staff. I don’t go this location anymore.

First of all, when we walked in Fetty Wap was playing. That’s great and all, but not very famil friendly. Second, no one said hello to us until way after being at the cash register. No one went above and beyond to make me and my fiancé feel welcomed. This was problem the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks and this is coming from a former barista. The barista with the long brown pony tail pretty much threw the straws at me and walked away, no smile, no conversation. It was a very uneasy feeling. Would never go back there again.

Just the way you expected your visit to go. Great service perfect place to get some computer work done.

I ordered one frapucino mocha and Java chip and I was not right taste. I think the switch it. Mocha have chip on it and mocha has no taste, not sweet like a water. Later I bring it back to and tell them both not right. Finally, they remade for me. But one of my order suppose to have no whip cream on. I told them again but they just throw cream of my cup and that it. In fact, They should make a new one for me. If I want just throw the cream out I can do by myself.

Anthony is trying compete to serve Nate & my Boca location with his fierceness in a cup. He works two fast, on point lemonades, with fizz, no ice, and fills to the rim. YES!

I wish they had a drive thru here so I wouldn’t have to deal with the unenthusiastic baristas. Sometimes I barely get a hello which is strange for Starbucks. I’ve never had a great feeling leaving this place so I usually drive a little farther to the one on Charleston and Rampart.

Brief Overview:
This is a smaller Starbucks but has a lot of great options to choose from from a coffee, snack, and drink standpoint
Pros:
— Free wifi (always a plus)
— At the intersection of Fort Apache and Sahara (pretty convenient)
— Relatively quiet (minus the espresso machine in the background)
— Good meet up spot with friends, family, or co-​workers
Cons:
— It’s relatively small so if you have a part of 4 or more or catch it a rush hour then it’s not as group friendly
Final Verdict:
This Starbucks is at a good location and offers a lot of food and drink options. I meet people here all the time for social and business chats.

Starbucks never disappointments since you know what to expect. Not saying they’re the best but there is a reason one is on every corner! They’re consistent, not including the one on rainbow close to oaky there just awful. Staff is horrible and the place is awful, it’s the grossest Starbucks. Other than that one hell hole of a star bucks they’re all great! ;)

This is seriously the worst Starbucks location in town! The employees have such a bad and condescending attitude. This is not the customer service I am used to at Starbucks. Too bad. The owner of this place should take these reviews seriously before he goes out of business. I see I’m not the only one complaining about these two employees and their bad attitude.

There is a guy that works there who is totally condescending. This is not the first time he has been rude. Don’t bother being 5 minutes early for the daily special they don’t tell you it starts in a few minutes. But this guy is nice to other people but not to me. I don’t care if Bean & Tea Leaf is more expensive & doesn’t have a rewards program good bye Starbucks.

Dirty floor. Caps, straw wrapper, napkins are all over. Ordered americano, came out with dripped black coffee. Went back to check if they put in wrong order. They took my cup, poured half out, refilled with 2 shots of espresso
What kind of barista is this?

Great coffee prepared just the way i like it. The baristas are fast and very friendly. The only negative at this Starbucks is that it’s got no drive-​thru. Parking isn’t bad if you are early in the morning or if it’s not a nice sunny day as its right next door to Baskin Robbins Ice Cream.

Almost walked out today after seeing how absolutely filthy this location is. Not all locations are this way. It was unacceptable. At 7:00 AM the glass and floors and tables should be spotless. I ordered and took my food home to eat it. Also, servers serving hot food should wear gloves. Just my opinion but…
I have seen the manager cleaning and arranging the merchandise, but never the associates.
Take your chances, but I will go somewhere else.

Ok this one is a 5 star review, this Starbucks hit all the spots as far as cleanliness, ambience, quality, and customer service. It is located at the intersection of Sahara/​Fort Apache in the Lakes area. In a shopping center across from Albertsons surrounded by Chase Bank and Baskin Robbins.
First off I’d like to start by saying I am not much of a coffee drinker, only on occasion. When I do drink coffee I order a vente skinny vanilla latte. When I visit other Starbucks they usually screw it up, to much or to little sugar. Here it was perfect, they got it right to my liking. The staff was very friendly and expeditious, my order was ready within a few minutes.
The area was very clean and quaint. This coffee shop was smallest Starbucks I’ve been in, it makes up with the outside seating area. Outside there are several tables and chairs where one can enjoy their cup of java while people watching or taking in that cool vegas weather we occasionally have.
I use the passport app to pay for coffee, it is very fast and convenient. The one thing I don’t like is the expected tip for a cup of coffee. Maybe if its the same server over time an occasionally gratuity might be warranted but on a daily basis it can become quite uncomfortable, I am not cheap just don’t understand the concept of tipping $ 1 for my $ 4 or more cup of coffee, that is %25. Don’t get me wrong they don’t solicit but still have that guilt feeling sometimes if you pay cash or credit card and skip over the tip line. This is how I feel about Starbucks in general not this particular one, it does not hamper my rating as this one I feel still deserves 5 stars.
If you live in the area or close and have the time, order a cup of coffee and sit outside. Take in the nice cool breeze on an early morning and enjoy the scenery. Next time I have my rare coffee craving I will most likely come back to this Starbucks as it is in line with my commute.

Worst Starbucks on the entire planet! Cori the supervisor has a terrible attitude, which is crazy for a supervisor! And Chelsea, her attitude is just as bad. My drink was wrong, but didn’t want to deal with them any longer so I just left. No drive thru and bad service. One star because zero isn’t an option.

So many bad reviews at this Starbucks. Personally I’ve never had a bad drink nor bad service.
I typically visit in the afternoon. It’s usually not busy and actually quite relaxing at this location. They play pretty decent «elevator» music and there is great seating outside as well as in.
I have never had the same barista once in my visits. This isn’t my regular Starbucks so I find myself here very infrequently. Each visit though my service has been amazing.
This is one of my favorite locations to visit. I highly recommend for school work or just relaxing with espresso!

Not a good location. Won’t be back. No drive through. We were the only one waiting on drinks and service was super slow. I had to ask for my grande chestnut praline latte to be redone because the barista filled ½ the cup with whipped cream. Then my replacement tasted watered down. Not impressed with this location.

This Starbucks has hands down the best service ever. As I type this, I am drinking a vanilla bean with soy milk and extra whip cream, the girl who makes it always makes sure it is super blended (most starbucks I frequent give me mines with chunks of ice-​ugh). I also got a cake pop for my roommate and he enjoyed it.

This Starbucks location is located on Fort Apache and W Sahara. It is a small store with a few tables outside the front door.
I don’t care for this location for two reasons.
1. There is no drive thru window.
2. Inadequate parking.
The parking gets a little tricky when they are busy. The lot is shared with the other stores in the strip mall and the spaces get filled up quick when the shopping center gets busy. It is also easy to get in a fender bender in this lot. It can be difficult to maneuver your car when backing out of a space in front of the store.
I think the company should have chose a different location in the area to open this store. The building they chose left them with out an option to even build a drive thru area.
Aside from the parking and the drive thru issue, the store itself and the staff are great. The staff here is very friendly and quick, but they seem to be under staffed half of the time I am here. Still, they are very friendly and efficient even when operating the store under staffed.
The only reason I gave them three stars as opposed to four is because there is NO DRIVE THRU! Oh, and the parking.
