Rami will SAY that he will do anything and everything to get you to walk out with a phone. We purchased 2LGG4 phones in August 2015. I was promised a free phone case, which I have gone back in over a dozen times to get. Each time the manager Rami told me that LG has not sent him the case I was promised. The REALLY alarming thing about Rami is he offered to fax to Sprint the documents for us to get employee discounts. I brought in pay stubs 6 different times and was told he «would definitely get on it» each time. It is now 5 months later and Sprint has never received those documents. Which makes me ask: Where are the copies of our paychecks with personal information? Floating around somewhere?

this store has the worst manager and employees Rami is the manager and when i first came he was soo nice up until I had my first bill which turned out to be $ 734.00 he printed it out and said it would take 2to 3 hrs to see so i said that’s fine call me when u figure it out. which 4 days went by and no call. so I called backed and he acted like he did not remember me! put me on hold for 5 min so i hanged up and call 1−800sprint and the guy jesse was so helpful and discounted some things but said unfortunately i needed to go back to this store to have my activations waved. but later on in the same day i got a called from aaron telling me hes gonna help me now. he claimed he discounted some things which was a lie. i had just gotten of the phone with a sprint representative. so i came in today like 1week later and I wasn’t greeted nicely and Rami was so unprofessional acting rude and as if he didn’t remember. so childish and unprofessional. im never stepping foot in here again. aaron is actually the only«professional«here theres another girl who is so unhappy all the time too.

My initials were forged by Alex Melichenko on 10÷2÷15 for my phones insurance that I never agreed to purchase. my account was reimbursed by corporate but I want everyone who shops here to check your online account documents.

This store is one of the best I have been to ever. Short wait and knowledgable staff. A lot of the bad comments are due to the new way you have to buy phones through payments which if not understood does sound like a ripoff but sprint is by far the cheapest and all the companies make you do payments now anyway.

Just got ripped off. Asked for an upgrade cause my phone was broken, manager talked me into getting the galaxy S6 with $ 150 down and $ 20 for 24 months. Asked how much if i purchased it and the manager said $ 500 so i decided to lease the phone. Flew back home and looked up the price on the sprint website and found out that its $ 199.99 for the phone with an upgrade. I’m calling Sprint to get this corrected… Manager there is a rip off!!! Stay away…

the worst experience ever.. staff members are idiots who erased my complete system.. with a simple system update.. so after nooooo one@ store wanted to accept responsibility for my lose.. ooh well i was offered a phone case.. lol.. how stupid of a manager to insult me n disregard my phone like it was just text messages. .ass! no longer a sprint customer.. thank god for options.. this stupid staff sucks n good bye dumb dumb

Terrible customer service Mariana was dumb as rocks. It seemed as if she cared as much about her job as she did about putting lipstick on her lips it was sloppy… All she said as she stared off was umm umm, I’m able to take a payment. Wtf No signs of managment anywhere around

Whether dishonest or ignorant, we were shocked to find the«free tablet» we’d been given with the deal that the service was free for the first year and only $ 10/month after that was actually going to cost $ 888 when the bill came. We got 2 new phones on lease for net of $ 5/month(via an email with a loyalty offer for 14 years with Sprint). After finishing the phones as we’re leaving, she said we could get a free tablet and free service for one year with $ 10/month after that(but we could cancel service and just use it on WiFi). Well, OK, we had no intention of getting a tablet but that sounded good. Well it was too good and a straight out lie. The bill came and it was $ 27/month for 2 years plus $ 10/month service=$ 888 for«free» tablet. AND she’d changed our phone plans from unlimited to a limited program without asking our permission. When we went back in, the gentleman was much more knowledgeable and explained everything that had been done. We say we’ll just return the tablet … oh but now they want to charge us a $ 150 restocking fee! Seriously, their employee was dishonest and they actually expect us to pay for it. While the man who helped us get our plan back in order was nice and provided service, not once was there ever an apology for what was done to us. Makes me wonder why I’ve been with Sprint for 14 years and if I should stay there any longer…

The crew at this store has gone above and beyond to help with a stolen phone and then with Sprint corporate to get out bill straight. Mariana has provided excellent customer service through the whole process of changing 4 phones over from Verizon.

Went in to the sprint store by wireless experts here to pay a bill and they were actually able to lower my bill and went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. I will not be going into the store on lake mead and rainbow anymore. Thanks Rami and team.

This is not a Sprint store, and there are quite a few scam artists in here who are just in it to make a buck. Buyer beware, for sure!!!

The BEST Customer Service I have encountered in a long time!!! I went to an actual Sprint Store on Rainbow & Lake Mead and they were unhelpful, probably because they were overcrowded and understaffed. Johnny and his team at Wireless Experts are the best! Very helpful and will make sure I go to them for all of my wireless needs!!!
