On my very first visit I waited over 1 hour until the nurse called me in. I suppose this is normal since I’m a new patient. Overall experience is below average. The doctor suggested I do a follow up so I scheduled. Same thing again, I waited for a good 45 minutes. The front desk staff does not seem to care when I went up to ask questions. Forgot to mention that it took me well over 2⁄3 weeks for me to speak to someone to make my first appointment. I should have known. Anyhow if you don’t want to spend your whole day waiting to be call in, maybe look for other places!
