I am only giving one star because I have to in order to get this posted. My beautiful wife has a skin problem and suffers from lupus. We never had a chance to see the doctor because the staff were so rude not just to us but everyone ahead of us too. They were over two hours behind and treating customers like it was our fault. All I can really say is DON’T GOTOTHISPLACEHORRIBLE. Staff will cost the doctor his practice.

If I could give them a zero I would. They’re no where near the sw area, they are in the north west. Plus while we were waiting the place smelled like urine. Told the receptionist, she said«i know» but didn’t considered to leave the door ajar. What a waste of my time… FYI…CHANGEYOURNAMETONWDERMOTOLOGY!!!

I visited Southwest Dermatology Center, was seen by Dr. Martin Safko. My appointment wait time was about an hour long. One doctor on duty and a room of about 15 people waiting for their appointments as well. Ugh, anyhow you know I don’t really care much about age of a Doctor. This visit made me rethink my preferences. This Doctor is up there in age and it was apparent with his dinosaur evaluation. He must be close to blind because he had to put these weird eye goggles on in addition to his two pairs of glasses he already wore. He had the personality of a snail. So once he informs of his diagnosis for treatment he leaves and sends in his front desk staff to eagerly collect my money. Even though I provided my insurance card with insurance that I verified covers my specific treatment and paid my co-pay. The lady is arguing with me in the room about how the doctor won’t come back unless I pay first. Wow, this is some bullshit for real! Ok so I get dressed go back out to the front desk to argue some more with these idiots about billing when they are in the wrong. They were not willing to call on my plan to verify the coverage, they were hard headed and in some sort of self righteous attitude. I told them to flip off and that I will go elsewhere. I don’t need that Cunty experience, I did not deserve that. This is how they do business, you wait an hour for your appointment, be seen then have to come back out to handle erroneous billing, then you can wait another 20 minutes to go back for whatever you came in for. I wasted 3 hours at this shady and rude office, screwed off a $ 40 co-pay for nothing and was treated like a shit brick!
