Smoke For Less Plus

No desire to go back to this place. The man behind the counter was rude and impatient. He asked me what I wanted and when I said I was looking he told me I interrupted his lunch and would have locked the door if he wasnt waiting for me, making me felt rushed and kinda bad for interupting his lunch at 5:30 pm. Maybe the open sign and open door led me to believe he was on duty but I guess his lunch was more important than a customer. I will not return and with that kind of attitude, I hope no one else does either. This kind of customer treatment warrants the business closing. Being in customer service and sales, I would be fired immediately for that behavior. Worst part is, I think he was owner, meaning that this behavior won’t be corrected. Maybe losing customers will show him his behavior is not becoming of a person in customer service.

I suggest that you don’t go to this smoke shop, instead you should take your time and look for another smoke shop thats actually worth it. I walked in here looking for my next purchase when i was asked by the employee if i needed anything and i told him i was just looking around and then he decided to tell me that i disturbed him because he was eating lunch and that he left the door open because he thought i was going to come in and buy something but instead i just came in to disturb him. I mean if youre on a lunch break at 5 in the afternoon you should at least have the common sense to close the door and put a ‘be right back’ sign on the door, right? Instead, he kept the door WIDE open just so he could upset himself. Sad that they let someone with no customer service experience open up a smoke shop.

This place is horrible. The lady behind the counter is rude doesn’t know the pricing and is horrible with customers, I went in to buy a pack of cigs, she charged my a dollar more then the price advertised including not using the $.50 off stated directly on the pack. When asking her she said you needed a coupon ??? Like WTF. I said no thank you then I’ll take my business elsewhere, she got angry and told me to get out of her store ! Like this is customer service !!!
