Krista was really nice. What killed the experience is that she was running late. She texted me that she would run about 10 minutes late before the appointment, but it ended up being about 40 minutes which really had me upset. She gave me a consultation which I found to be professional, but she talked the entire facial which again was killed the experience. I bought a gift visit for my partner which was scheduled after mine, and because he too had to wait, he left without getting his facial. He said that he wouldn’t enjoy the experience if right off the bat she was running late without coming out at the appointment time and apologizing for running behind. I will say that she did give me s free upgrade in service, but after all was said and done, it just was s bad experience. I was upset she was late, I was upset she just talked through the entire facial, and I was upset that the gift I had given for a relaxing facial was ruined by a long wait. She told me she would upgrade him, but unfortunately the damage had been done. I gave 1 star because of the wait and a ruined gift! I can’t recover from a spoiled gift except to go elsewhere.

I see Krista ad on groupon and I come to see her. She has great hand a lot of experience and knowledge. I will be back. Thank You Krista
