SKECHERS

We came in here yesterday looking to buy sandals for my dad’s birthday. We found one he would like on display but it was the last pair in his size and it looked like it was worn. Disappointed, we left the store in search of another pair all over Town Square and the outlet down the street. When we couldn’t find one that would suit him, we ended up going back to this store. We were met by the same young man who had previously helped us. I asked if he could show us a bigger size in the same sandals I initially wanted to get. This young man was so friendly and understanding of what we had to go through. He even called the outlet location (knowing we just came from there) to make sure they didn’t have the same sandals in the right size. It was unsuccessful, but I chose to buy those sandals in a bigger size anyway. He apologized and re-​assured us that if my dad didn’t like it, he would happily help us find better sandals for him.
Seriously, if I had my own business, I would have given this guy my biz card and hire him in a heart beat. Solid delivery in customer service. Minus a star because they didn’t have the right size. =D
