The first 3 times I came here they failed miserably at assisting me. First– I was looking for a specific color chip collection but the sales woman was too busy chatting on the phone (personal call). I left the store without getting assistance. Second time I purchased a gallon of white. I got the primer/paint in one so it would cover in one coat but it didn’t. Finally the third time the woman told me that doing a color match wouldn’t match the color exactly. She failed to tell me until after she had tinted the 5 gal bucket and made me feel like an @** (even though the confusion could have been avoided by asking a few basic questions before tinting).
Forth time is a charm, Mr. Purdy assisted me with all the mixing of my colors and searched to find the best discount possible. If it wasn’t for him I would have written corporate asking how a store specializing in paint could suck so much!
