This review is specifically for Pat in the optical department. Pat was very nice, helpful, and knowledgable. The whole process of ordering glasses was easier and more enjoyable than usual. She helped me pick between 2 choices and just made things easy. Thanks!

I just needed to replace a screw in my sunglasses. I tried LensCrafters first and they didn’t even want to look at them. I guess if you are not buying glasses or getting an examination they are not interested in helping you. Since I had parked outside of Sears I decided to check their optical department on my way out. So glad I did. Pat didn’t hesitate in helping me. She said it was an unusual screw but she would check and she went in the back, found something that worked, and didn’t charge me. I appreciate that and God forbid I ever need prescription lenses I will come here just based on the customer service I received.

When we decide to look at there frames before my exam the asain ladies were very warm and I wanted to wait for the one girl to take care of me then all of a sudden the middle age lady with her smoker breath took right over. She was and when we couldn’t purchase the item she was angry. We asked her to viod our authorization on file so maybe we can come back later or elseware to purchase the glasses she said no problem. Later the next day my insurance informed me that this was not done. Not only I am not elegible for glasses but I am elgilable for an exam which I am only entitled once a year. When I called to ask for her to void it again the following day she explains she is extremely I called my insurance complained about her and they were gladly voided out the authorization she should of, WoW, great job Sears optical. #Poor customer service #Rudeness #Unable to make customer happy #Unwilling to fill prescription glasses in brand new personal frames =No more service at this location going elsewere The only positive experience is DOCTORMARIEBROCA!!!
