Sabreco

I m a homeowner of two properties in Las Vegas. Back in June, we did receive our payments in accordance with the contract, then Sabreco, stop making rent payments paid to them in the next three months. They told me that they were victims of embezzlement and they won t be able to pay for rents collected on those three months. Later I got a letter from the former wife of the owner, advising customers, that the owner and the bookkeeper, were the suspect and that she had a case with the Real Estate Division of the State General. Up to this date, they have not pay me back for those months that they collected rent for me. I changed PM and contemplating a suit in the Small Claim Court. They never returned my voice messages.
