I like this neighborhood that it’s clean, gated and well maintained. The only problem is the HOA committees (aka volunteers) who has a lot of free times on his/​her hands. They are VERY IN YOUR FACE when u have a drink in your hand at the pool!
You can’t even bring a snack! I was there with my kids and an HOA committee came n grabbed my chips with her bare hands! I was ballistic and it’s ridiculous how she reacted! Thank god we r here temporary NOT permanent! I would hate all these HOAs NOs!
I have lived in master plan communities and having to deal with HOAs but nothing to this extreme!
Now the ridiculous HOA created a new rule «no floaties or inflatable balls» at the pool!

This is a nice, gated community, relatively quiet (you occasionally have that one family with the noisy car or loud kids) that does a nice job in keeping the property clean and well manicured. Even though dogs are allowed, I never heard a lot of barking, and only on rare occasions did a resident not clean up after his pet. A lot of elements are packed into the square footage so there’s not a feeling of spaciousness, but the landscaping is attractively done and is kept up. There are grassy areas combined with xeroscaping, nice walkways, trees and shrubbery that attract birds, a small pool and workout room. I’d definitely consider purchasing here.
