Simple scheduling, fast service and efficient appointments. Joe is a great tech and he is also nice and respectful. He is clean throughout the entire process and takes his shoes off each time he enters my home. They test my water before starting to see if the membrane (large tank under the sink) needs to be changed or not. Saves you money if you have one less filter to replace and still keep clean drinking water.
This is the 2^nd year we have used this company and really like the service. However, the pricing quoted over the phone is not always accurate, and they may or may not honor that price. They did with one home, but not the other; at least it was only a $ 25 difference. We would still use them again, but will verify pricing before any work is done next time.

I was very pleased with our experience with Rain of Las Vegas. This is a very interesting industry and it is hard to separate the flimflam outfits from the trustworthy businesses. They are a family owned and operated business that has been around for a long time. Mike knows his stuff and gives you the straight story, not a hard sell. His mom takes care of the office and follow up to keep in contact with the customers. They know their products and they don’t try to undersell or oversell you, just provide for what you need.
You don’t have to pay for a lot of national high priced advertising or commissions to sales representatives. They install their own units and then they take care of them. They are great people to work with. Before you buy something from anyone else, you should check them out. Stop in to their location and see what they have to say.

Very happy with Rain of Las Vegas. Recently moved here from Vermont and never had a reverse osmosis system before. Since our new home had a Culligan system we called Culligan first. Let’s put it this way … the Culligan service call without parts was more than I just paid Rain for the service call and the new filters! Joe was friendly, informative and completed the service call in 10 minutes! I called on Monday and they were able to service the system on Wednesday. Thank you Rain of Las Vegas.

Great tasting water and great customer service. Anyone that comes to my house and taste my water all say they didn’t expect bottled water.
After I show them the system and how it works they want to go out and buy it themselves. I should get commissions for the systems that I’ve sold.

This place has The Best taste filtered water, according to 4 of my very selective friends, who all have sensitive taste buds that I trust. So I always come here to get water. It has its private parking lot, the shop is tidy, clean, bright, and spacious. The price is unbelievably good: only 20 cents per gallon!
As I am a pretty shy person, I found the owners seem pretty quiet as well. They will greet you, then go quiet… :) But it is just their personality I guess, because if you have a question, they will have an answer. They are always ready to answer any question about their business!
So eventually I opened up and tried to break the ice and talked to them when I can think of a topic, they always show up as very friendly and helpful.
When I learned about alkaline water, I thought I was going to «Go alkaline!» from then on! Haha! Well I studied some more and tried alkaline only for a while, and I realized it is better to stick with just clean natural water, alkaline is just something for a change, once in a while. God didn’t design us to drink alkaline water all the time. So I came back to drink Rain water.
The only thing less than perfect about this place is: that as popular as they are, they do not have a 24 hours service option (like an ATM machine). If I want to get water on my work day, I would have to go to other places, like 168 Supermarket which opens until 9:30pm, and there is also a 24-​hour water refill place just across Sp. Mt. from Rain.
I guess they must do very good business installing water filtering systems for business and family, so they don’t care about small refill business?
