Excellent customer service! If you’re looking for a great quality aluminum print at a decent price and fast turn-​around, this is the place to go. They was very helpful with answering my questions since I’ve never purchased a metal print before. Ordered a 12×18 sized print of my dog and the end product was fabulous when received. Glossy, chic, light weight, and easy to hang without needing a frame.

I needed new passport photos and they did a great job. While waiting for the photos, it gave me a chance to look around and they seem to do nice work for a fair price. My new passport arrived and the photo worked perfectly.

Unfortunately my one experience here was a total fail. I called to explain how while loading photos from a digital camera card into a Unilocal site I received a file error message and was no longer able to see or retrieve some images. Assured that a photo technician could likely restore missing images on my camera card for a fee, I drove across town only to be told after a cursory inspection of the card that nothing could be done to restore any missing photos because I should not have reformatted the camera card after receiving two warnings that all images would be lost if the card was reformatted. I explained that because of those warnings I did not reformat the card. But this retort fell on deaf ears, and I returned home.
Then, with two software programs that Diane found online (one free of charge), she was able to restore many of the missing images, and I printed copies of several quite important one of a kind photos at the nearest CVS store. Had we accepted the erroneous advice of a Pro Image employee that nothing could be done to salvage any images on a possibly corrupted camera card, I would now have no preserved photographic memories of my mother’s funeral, burial, and the receptions that took place immediately afterward; no photos of Diane’s and my 25^th anniversary dinner party and luncheon the following day; and no photos of our private dinner at Mastro’s Ocean Club on our actual anniversary day.
I will not be back!

I highly recommend David’s shop, not only for the quality of photography, but for the excellent customer service I received today.
I needed a passport type photo within 30mins for an emergency visa. I came into David’s shop frustrated that the last two places that gave me digital copies did not work because the resolution was poor quality. I was scared I wasn’t going to get the visa application out that evening as needed. David calmed my nerves and assured me the quality of the photo would be sufficient for what I needed and he would help me email out ASAP. He allowed me to email from his computer so I didn’t have to travel home before sending out he email. He helped me find the solution to the problem I had been trying to solve for hours and put me at ease. I highly recommend this shop, for the direction and information I was given over the phone, for the photo quality, & the friendly & helpful customer service I was provided with today. I submitted two photos to this year’s 89XXXhibition, although I don’t know yet if either of my submissions will be accepted, if either are I’ll need them printed to display during the event. In any case, I figured it’d be nice to have my prints blown up to frame and display at home. I used their iphoto software to upload my images online. It was a bit of a hassle to download the software because I use Google Chrome, but once I got the software downloaded the ordering process was pretty simple. When I submitted my order I received a confirmation email stating they received my order and they’d call me when it was ready. Well I never did get a call that my order was ready, but I did call them 30 hrs. later and they confirmed it was complete and I could pick it up.
Although their shop is a bit of a mess inside I don’t hold that against them, the girl working the counter was nice and picking up my order was a breeze. I had paid a little extra for metallic paper (which looks amazing), and had one mounted on foam board. The prints turned out great, both were shrink wrapped and were easy to take home without damaging. Next time I need a gigantic photo printed, I’ll be coming back here.

Quickie!
Photo professor didn’t want me to print my project from the schools services because apparently they suck. Pro Image was next closest thing. Gave them my USB drive, they took my photo, asked me what size, type of paper, and when I wanted to come back (they wanted me to come back next day, but said I could of came later in the night). My project was on 11×17 on matte paper came out to be $ 9. Their website shows all their prices for the different sizes and paper. Service was friendly enough, the image looked true to color compared to my digital copy, and my item was ready when promised. 5 stars!

Customer service is terrible. I was in the shop for at least a half an hour before being able to walk out the door with my order complete. Side note, I did not have my images sized properly, and was told to come back. Being that it would cost me money to drive all the way home, fix 5 images and come back, i was allowed to use their computer to fix my image sizes. The shop was pretty disorganized and seemed busy for it to be this poorly run. Haven’t gotten my images back yet, so that will be the deciding factor if I return.
