When I was in Vegas last year it was the Polaroid store, this year I went back it changed to photo & go. Love the concept of this place. But I gotta say it was way better when it was Polaroid. I got a few pictures done back then where I can put the iconic white Polaroid border at the bottom and put description on it. But now they don’t have that option. The quality of the print itself has gone way down compared from before. I would visit again but I doubt I would order prints from them in the future.

Very slow system and ended up waiting over 30mins to get 6 photos printed. Understood that it was due to their network system, but the manager did not want to take any responsibility of the situation, and did not apologies for any inconvenience it had caused us. Only after explaining to her that regardless of the network or not, the situation took way too long, and only after that, she gave us a $.70 discount. But still no apology.

My teenage daughter had to go to this store when we were traveling to Las Vegas. When I walked in, I just assumed this was going to be some over priced place on the strip to get pictures printed. I was wrong! I had no intention of buying anything, but ended up downloading pictures from facebook right there and printing out pictures and purchasing a magnetic frame. I left having the most beautiful frame with 6 pictures from a recent vacation – and the cost was around $ 30. What a deal! Pictures are only $ 1 and they’re printed on non-​bendable mat. My daughter wasn’t 100% happy with the colors of her pictures, but mine were absolutely wonderful. Got back from my trip and am going to order many more pictures online.

I LOVE this place! It is so cool to have your images printed onto these great 1⁄16th of an inch thick photo «cards.» One of the coolest things about the «Go Prints» is that you can add text to customize and enhance your little piece of art. Once you submit your order it is ready in 5 to 10 minutes!!! Wow! You can just take your photo and stand it in one of their fun photo holders or frames. One of my favorites is the granite rock with a slit in the top that you set the photo into. If you are ever in Las Vegas, go to the store to see them in person… you will fall in love like I did… and I am a professional photographer!
One note, you can still order from them online too… it is just so fun to walk out of the store with your precious photos in hand. And… they do metal, wood, acrylic and glass prints too!

This is a great concept and a lot of fun. I figured, I’ll try a few photos, and ended up printing 30. Great to print and share with friends/​family too. If you have a ton of photos on your phone/​FB/​Instagram give yourself some time to select and upload them. The employees there are very helpful too!

Really loved the first set of photos I ordered through the app but it seems the quality of the prints vary depending on who is working. Doesn’t seem to be any quality control considering I received one that was printed on the wrong side of the paper and another where the ink ran out so the pic looked like a ghost image. The second time the darks were way too dark. Mike had them re-​print them and they came out great the second time. The third time the girl had my lighten all of the dark ones and they pretty much looked identical to the first ones printed. It’s also obvious some paper stock is mishandled because it’s scratched up and speckled but then other times it’s perfectly clean. I was really excited to find this lab on my trip bc I’m a photographer and I never print anything because I don’t like glossy paper, nor framing photos behind glass. This seemed like a great alternative but I’m too leery to order online bc there are way too many print issues.

Excellent costumer service!
I ordered 60 Polaroids to turn them into magnets for my wedding invitations. When I received my order, the quality of the photo was very poor. The color was super dim and faded. My face looks almost orange. It was terrible. I called and made a complaint. I spoke to Cheyenne and she was the sweetest thing! She reassured me that this could be easily fixed. She retouched the photos to the max quality and darkened the image. She shipped the photos and I received it within a week!
The photos came out perfect! I love it! The whole process was painless. Cheyenne heard my complaint and addressed the issue immediately! I couldn’t be happier. I was expecting to pay an fee for the extra service and shipping but they did not charge me at all.
You’ll love this place!

I don’t like writing long reviews but I honestly never had this much fun at a PHOTO STORE! We went to check out the Polaroid museum (while we were drunk) on Saturday at the Photo & Go store at The Linq. They had this photo booth. or like a photo & video booth that took our pictures, took a video of me and my friends goofing around and then printed that picture. and put the video INSIDE the picture. I don’t know how that makes sense but I have been showing it to EVERYONE!!! It came with a free app called Live Portrait. That app is what allows me to see the video inside the picture. It’s like Harry Potter. Anyways I recommend whoever is planning to go to the store, to definitely try out that Harry Potter photo booth lol, I know I will definitely be back. Oh and Talk to Robert, he was very helpful

Tim (employee at Vegas/​Linq location) was awesome from the moment we walked in. Great customer service and a great shop that really succeeds at taking us back to a time when physical pictures on paper actually meant something to us. This medium is lost in our digital scrapbooks and the ones we love are no longer available to see in an immediately tangible/​tactile visual form. I’m so happy to have found this store, that Polaroid and FujiFilm are bringing back «instant photography» and the store is fantastic — full of wonder for the amateur all the way to the pro photographer. Great customer service and selection. They’ve also got a great variety of resources to create gifts and keepsakes direct from your phones photo album! 5-​Star PLUS. GO NOW. Love this place!
