Dr Pennell is a wonderful veterinarian! I have been taking my cat to him for the past 8 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets. He is very caring and truly loves his job. He always has time for you and makes you and your pet feel special. I recently had to put my cat to sleep and it is comforting to know that Dr. Pennell was with her until the end. He is now practicing at Mountain Vista Animal Hospital. He also specializes in feline oral health care and is just an all around nice guy! He truly is as good as it gets :)
