Called Patient Pal to schedule an appointment to find out that they have been closed for 5 months?! To add insult to injury, Patient Pal has continued to charge my credit card for their monthly membership. After leaving 2 messages with their answering service, which is a great way to dodge customer inquiries, someone finally called me back! Now I have to prove to Patient Pal that they have been charging me and wait for their rep to contact me «at their earliest convenience». Can you say fraudulent charges?!

waited inside the treatment room after taking the vitals for over 40mins when there was only one other patient ahead of me. The doctor thought that it was necessary that I try to breathe in when it was clearly obvious that my sinus was completely blocked and made a comment about my lifestyle choice which IMO was non of his business. The doctor could not remain objective beyond his own narcissistic judgment on his patient when all I did was provide him with necessary information to make a proper diagnosis. Highly unprofessional with complete disregard for patient discretion and privacy.
