There must be trouble in paradise. The setting is nice. The view of the birds and tropical plants outside is nice. But, not all of the staff is nice. Attended a conference at Flamingo and ate breakfast two times at Paradise. Monday morning had male table attendant who failed. Did not listen to requests for drinks. Offered no refills. Appeared very distracted. Tuesday was worse. Female attendant argued with us about our drink orders and then proceeded to reprimand us for suggesting that she had made a mistake. Claimed 29 years of experience and went on and on and on… major attitude. The food was just okay. Lots to choose from but nothing very appealing. Very overpriced for the quality of the selections. This is unfortunate because the setting is nice and the Flamingo is obviously alive and well in its old age — fix this fast. It would be a shame to lose it.

This buffet is poof that Caesars Entertainment(owner of the Flamingo) has officially given up. There’s not a more pathetic attempt at a buffet on the Strip. I usually don’t post negative reviews, but I feel that I need to protect people from this place. First, don’t be fooled by the promise of free bloody Mary and mimosas. You wait in line for a tiny glass. Gross. I couldnt take more than a sip of the bloody Mary. And I don’t know where to start in my criticism of the buffet food. Brunch was poorly stocked. Nearly every item was empty when we arrived, and nobody was in any hurry to refill anything. The salad bar was a mess and didn’t even have the proper items. No soup. The dessert bar is as big as the food bar but it was only stocked with dozens of the same items. The piece of cake I took was literally rock hard. Please don’t stand in line to eat here.

This is the worst buffet ever, don’t spend your $ 30+tips on this unprofessional place, most unprofessional and poorest service in Las Vegas… the prime rib was so dry what ever you asking it’s coming well done and dry you would not try more than one bite, sushi wasn’t sushi… crab legs the worst worst worst dry old crab legs in the whole world… in ceviche was only cpl shrimps, very disappointed… Don’t waste your time and your money

Worst buffet experience ever even some 10 $ buffet around city can offer much better food and variety than here. Very microscopic selection of sushi and seafood and whatever you try it is just terrible. So if you want spend some 30 $ better to burn them rater to spend it here, beleive me you will get much much more satisfaction from burning rather from being here.

With the promise of beautiful scenery and bottomless mimosas, this breakfast & brunch buffet seemed like a no-brainer! Well, it wasn’t unreasonably priced but as soon as I paid, I added the tip on there(before the service) because I saw the cashier writing«TIP» on the receipts real big with a colorful highlighter. When we were sat(I’ll get to that in a sec) I noticed my buddy didn’t tip ahead of time, and boy would that prove to be a mistake. So, back to being seated… As we were walking back to our section, I started to get excited because there appeared to be 6 or 7 open tables(2 and 4 tops) along the window overlooking the Gardens. When I asked our hostess to be sat there, she told me that section was closed. Closed? Really? It seemed odd there were people sitting all around them and the other window-front tables were taken, but whatever, I was hungry and ready for a mimosa(s). Okay, the food was, mehhh… Not great. Nothing note worthy, more like a buffet I could have in Ohio, not like one of the many great buffets I’ve had in Vegas. Once I grabbed a plate, I stood in line to receive my first Itty bitty wittle shot of mimosa. Granted, the bartender was about the nicest dude in the place, but the size of the drink was ridiculous! Alright, so, member when I said my buddy didn’t tip ahead of time? Well, our service sucked! Like, her RBF was like next level stuff when she asked him if he needed anything(when she asked him. It was like a 3:1 other tables to ours ratio). Which of course irritated me because I am really nice to wait staff with my please and thank yous. Finally I had enough and when I smiled and said thank you when she finally refilled my long empty coffee cup then turned around and just walked away, I said loudly,” Thank you, you’ve been very lovely!” In a sweet, sarcastic voice. She turned around, smiled, said thank you, then got the hint from there on out and wasn’t quite the«unpleasant» person she started out to be. Food… mimosas… didn’t over eat or drink, but left full. Now here’s the reason for the 1 start FOODPOISONING! About half hour after we left, my buddy and I returned to our room real quick to change and grab some play money and when we were ready to head out, he told me he didn’t feel well and would catch up to me in a few. After about 5 hours or so I was back at the Flamingo and swung by the room to make sure he wasn’t dead. He wasn’t, but when I opened the door, it smelled like death! He told me his stomach has been jacked since breakfast(the both ends kinda jacked, sorry) and thought he had food poisoning. He told me he thought it had passed and was ready to hangout with the rest of our group. After another couple hours, and noticing a little bubbling myself, I told everyone I wasn’t feeling very well either and rolled back to the room and BOOM! FOODPOISONING! I spent the next 15 hours in the hotel room SAF! I was not happy. I say food poisoning because we have both had it before and knew the symptons, were the only two that ate there that morning(or the whole trip), and that was the only food we ate that day. You get 1 star because I can’t give 0. Side note, this ruined my trip, the plane ride home was miserable, this lowered my immune system and after I returned home, I caught pneumonia a couple days later and was hospitalized. My doctor told me that’s probably how I caught it since I rarely get sick and have a strong immune system. Never again. Ever.

This was a delightful surprise for my daughter and I. We sat in a high backed booth and gorged on crab and shrimp. I love the view to the outside garden and grounds. We had a slightly pesky«waiter» and would have preferred to have been left alone but like the professional feel of this buffet. The room is set up a bit more privately than other buffets so we had a restaurant experience and will be back for sure. All of the food areas were clean and well stocked. It’s a bummer when you go to a buffet and the shrimp are out! Not here. I say go!!!

I give it 2 stars just because it was comped. Other than that, the worse Buffett. Not as bad as Mandalay bay buffet, but geez… Some of the food were cold, maybe because it’s not as popular so they have bee sitting under heat lamps for some time. Desert bar, were plain and nothing special. My top pick was their fried rice. That was the only decent food available. Again, if it wasn’t comped I would have not come here. My first initial walk through the day before for their dinner service didn’t fair that well either, so I figured maybe for a brunch it would be better, but as their dinner service the night before nothing looked as pleasing as it should. The bacons were greasy and eggs were scrambled and runny. :/ I would have posted a picture, but one of the worker gave me the stink eye when I pulled my phone to take a pic so I respected their redirections. Ps. I came at 12pm on a Sunday.

I’ve been to this buffet a couple times because it was easy when I was staying in the Flamingo but I do not imagine that I will go back. They recently decreased their hours to mornings and weekend nights. The food is okay but sometimes looks like it has been sitting their awhile. We went their on christmas and all the desserts were missing and the ice cream machines were broken. There was also a huge line waiting for meat causing you to wait 30 minutes to get your food. The staff didnt really seem like they were working together to improve the situation. If they were a little more organized trying to come to a solution to make the process more efficient, maybe the buffet would be better…

Came for the Breakfast Brunch $ 23. I think this spot is a great value for the money. Mimosas and Bloody Mary bar included for a bit of that«hair of the dog». Full salad and fruit bar, large dessert bar, made to order crepes and omelettes, bacon cut off the slab just to name a few items. Very good overall. I’d come here again for breakfast.

The seafood buffet is only oyster and crab legs. No more crawfish!!! The crab legs were very skinny and didn’t have much meat on them! The oyster didn’t seem fresh. The all inclusive alcoholic beverage was not all that! The chardonnay didn’t seem that chilled as the ones in Craving Buffet!

I came her for breakfast on a Friday morning and paid $ 19.99 per. I was a little hesitant due to the reviews and the ratings on Unilocal, but I got my money’s worth. Their eggs Benedict were warm, not cold. Maybe it’s because I went super early, but idk why people were complaining that theirs were cold. The only thing is that the hollandaise sauce was sour. Overall they met all my breakfast cravings from toast, pancakes, French toast, sausage, bacon, and omelettes and other yummy items. The $ 19.99 comes with all you can drink mimosa and other drinks, so I mean it’s pretty great. Overall, service was great.

This is he most horrendous buffet I have ever had. Hands down. Eggs Benedict was COLD. not even a bit of heat to it. Not to mention egg white slimy. I almost retched all over the table on first bite! Pizza-cold and crust doughy. No flavor. Bacon– transparent and over done. Guacamole– from a bag and tangy. Burger to order– thinner than a paddy on a McDoubble. Way too much bun. Pasta salad– way salty! Best thing I had here was a salad and to be honest, wasn’t impressed there either. Ingredients in center of salad bar were quite difficult to reach. Didn’t dare make a sandwich with their unidentifiable«lunch meat». I will say they had complimentary alcoholic beverages. Before he filled my glass I saw an inch of water in the bottom on my glass. He proceeded to fill my glass ¾ the way full. I was confused by the whole interaction. Please do yourself the favor and save the $ 21.61 for a LUNCH buffet and go elsewhere. I would have preferred McDonalds at this point.

Would rate 2.5 stars. At $ 20 for brunch plus tax and tip, it’s overpriced for mediocre food and drink. Unlimited mimosas and Bloody Marys but you have to order them yourself. Servers bring additional drinks like soda and coffee but not always attentive.

I really enjoyed eating from the buffet at Paradise Garden, as well as entertained by a couple of the servers and other Vegas patrons. For the price that you are paying($ 17.99-$ 18.99 with a Player’s card) per person, you would expect a buffet to have everything? Judging what I saw and couldn’t finish, I would say that it did. The standards of pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage on one table, along with an omelette station that usually has long lines. A large salad bar is evident, as well as an additional station that serves crepes and a TON of dessert assortments such as muffins, mousses, doughnuts, cookies, and even ice cream. I even saw a table that had pizza slices on it, for breakfast! An additional station also served mimosas and Bloody Mary cocktails, which are always good in the morning. The waiting staff was pretty attentive on both of my visits, to include one time where an international couple was trying to scam a server into comping their meal by scraping toast crumbs into their milk. Really, people? The server was professional in solving their«problem», yet also called them out on it to where they were embarrassed about it and went about eating their meal. Aside from laughing my butt off at the wannabe scammers, I enjoyed my time at this buffet on both days that I stopped in. Key point to remember using your Flamingo Player’s card to obtain more points every time that you eat here or at any other restaurant venue within the hotel & casino.

Loved this place for the price! Truth be told it’s not very elegant but it’s well worth the price! And if you love the flamingo then you will love the atmosphere in this place. And if you have the total rewards card then you get a weekday brunch discount! Loved the brunch here. If your lucky enough to get seated by the window the scene is beautiful. The bird sanctuary is right outside. Overall I loved my experience here and we will be back when we come play in Vegas again!

We were disappointed with the food here. We were there in 2009 and thought the food was fantastic. This time the food wasn’t as good, we were bummed. Also I guess they are reserving the tables with a view of the Habitat for«Diamond members» what ever that is. We are not frequent Vegas people, only there for business, so this means we don’t get a nice seat? Again, Flamingo does not care about guests or apparently repeat customers.

Well, this is a strange buffet located at the oldest casino and hotel in the Las Vegas strip. Flamingo’s Paradise Garden Buffet delivers some nearly average foods at an affordable prices. As my parents and I were nearly concluded the Vegas trip today, we decided to redeemed the last free buffet for 2 coupon offer after we signed two rewards cards a day ago. As we headed inside, the atmosphere is totally outdated and trippy. The décor, the concept are very 1970s to 1980s feel with the awkward design instead of being contemporary. It’s like I’m dining inside Hometown Buffet mixed with Denny’s touch. The service is not that bad as I welcome there. Some good; some not so good which they sometimes can’t smiled at all. Otherwise, I believe they done a fine job here for making the customers approachable. Now onto the buffet entrees for me. My first plate is a simple lunch meal filled with smoked ham, jambalaya, green beans, baked tilapia, and Spanish rice. So far, it’s a mediocre meal. The good ones that I enjoyed is the baked tilapia which it does taste ok to me. Also, the Spanish rice does tasted good too! The downside: the ham is nearly dried and bland after baking which it’s left out the flavor. The jambalaya tasted too salty for me! I don’t know why the jambalaya adds the ingredients too much! I wish it could reduce it and place natural flavors. The green beans is closely fair to me which I did feel eating it like coming from a frozen food which it did bought at the local supermarket. The second plate, is the BYO omelette. So far, it tasted closely average to me comparing to Hometown Buffet’s BYO omelette, yet in a fine way. The omelette toppings that I added are spinach, bacon, and cheese. I wish it needs to make the flavors of the omelette more better, and fresher in my opinion before the doors open. My possible suggestions to improve Flamingo’s Paradise Garden buffet is to redesign the concept to make it more contemporary feel instead of keeping the outdated old school formation. Secondary, this place needs to clean and sanitized! I’ve seen some of the dirty spots there near the dirty dishes collector side like wet towels placing down on the floor plus the seats too. Finally, make the foods fresh and new! I’m sure they need to make it something new instead of keeping the old ways like Hometown Buffet does. This is Vegas Strip Flamingo, and I’m sure they need to change their attitude to step it up. In the end, Flamingo’s Paradise Garden buffet is a fairly Vegas buffet that my parents and I were dining this place for the first time. If you’re likely and dare to come and dine there, good luck.

Not the best buffet on the strip but very convenient if you are staying at the Flamingo. The buffet was very small in comparison to other buffets and most of the food was oily and bland. Paradise Garden does offer bottomless bloody marys and mimosa for breakfast. You can also sit next to the window overlooking the koi pond and animal sanctuary. These are the only two perks of visiting the Paradise Garden Buffet.
