This is a small and laid back restaurant located at the cosmo pool. The location is very convenient if you are planning to have a quick bite before going to the pool. We went during brunch on a Sunday and it was pretty busy. I would recommend to make a reservation before going. They also have all you can drink mimosas, rose or bloody Mary’s at a reasonable price, $ 17, $ 22, $ 18. The food quality and tastes were average. I ordered the BLT Benedict’s which was ok but not memorable. The Turkey burger was pretty big and filling. I would recommend it. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was not very good. We ordered guacamole as an appetizer and it never arrived. Our refills for the mimosas were not very consistent. We had to wait a long time to get them. I will most likely not come back unless I want to eat while i’m at the pool.

We went to this place on a whim because we just wanted somewhere nearby our Airbnb at Veers towers(behind Aria) before our flight that day. I was super excited to see they had a banana mixed drink! And the server was correct in that the coconut liqueur in it wasn’t that strong. Yay, because I hate coconut. It was really good, I loved the dried banana slices on top for better presentation. However, I can’t say the food was as good. I got their house omelette which is supposed ot have bacon, tomatoes, avocados, and onions I think. However the avocado/guac or whatever inside the omelette way overpowered everything. I could barely access any of the other fillings, I literally scraped out a lot of it so I could have a balance for my tastebuds. Oh yeah, and I’m also not crazy about filled omelettes rather than the ingredients being cooked into the egg. the potatoes and toast were pretty good! I guess. My boyfriend ordered a benedict. He didn’t have much to say about it. On another positive note: the server was super young, nice, and friendly! Also, they have a beautiful view of the Cosmo pool.

Pretty average weekday brunch. Wasn’t crowded or loud. The Bloody Mary was excellent. Their gf bread was pretty good. My husband had monkey bread, and chicken/waffles. He was disappointed– it was a breaded chicken breast fillet. The food wasn’t ground breaking, but it was a fine experience overall.

I found this spot to be rather mediocre for breakfast. My eggs were undercooked(ordered them over well), bacon was limp, and service was extremely slow and spotty.

Great spot for breakfast if you’re staying at the Cosmopolitan. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is very well trained. Only disappointment was the oatmeal. I expected a sweet dish with cherries like I use in my Manhattans. Instead it was a mult-grain/legume concoction with dried fruit. I thought it tasted a little salty too. The seating is comfortable, but odd. The seats have some type of spring mechanism. Feels a little like a lumpy bed.

Horrible. Incompetent staff, below average food– a watery chicken wrap, chicken fingers to be a make shift version of chicken and waffles that ended being croutons. No attention service… One person in our party left as she was not feeling well and an hour later her plate was removed from the table, after we asked for our check. Witnessed two other parties asking the hostess for the check as well. Three hour brunch that should have been 45 minutes. AVOIDTHISPLACE. not worth any attention!

The chicken that comes with the chicken and waffles was disgusting as I couldn’t even finish it. Monkey bread was completely burned and as hard as a brick. Turkey burger had an Asian-inspired taste? The waitress didn’t know what she was doing. Service was HORRIBLE. I am not sure why this place comes up under best brunch places in Vegas, extremely disappointed.

After days of heavy eating and cocktails I needed something fresh and found it at the Overlook Grill. Airy space and a good vibe added to the pleasurable late breakfast/early lunch. My waiter, Gustavo, could not have been more pleasant and appropriately attentive. I ate simply,(fresh fruit platter and the chopped salad) and it hit the spot! I wished I was up for a cocktail, as they had a bottomless bubbly or mimosa that looked great. The breakfast food going by looked great and plentiful. The restaurant is a little hard to find(three escalators up) but more than worth it.

Skip it I had breakfast at the Overlook Café this morning. Resting alongside the Cosmopolitan pool the location was pleasant, the décor simple with a bright and airy vibe. My party was seated right away(the restaurant was not busy) where we waited for several minutes until our server took our drink order. The menu is limited so diners should take a look online before making the effort. We placed our orders and everything was adequate– that was until we needed something. While waiting for our food no one came by to check our drained coffee cups once. This was puzzling as four overly eye-lashed hostesses stood gossiping at the host stand, meanwhile we couldn’t get a refill for the far overpriced coffee. Our food arrived, and we finally had an opportunity to request a change in the over 15 minute beverage deficit. Absolutely unacceptable. Overall: Food was average. There are no frills, extras, or anything noteworthy. Not worth the money and you can find a better breakfast for less. Service is terrible. Too many«helpers» and not enough doers. Do not come thirsty. Recommend restaurant leave a carafe for diners drinking coffee in multiples. Location is nice if you’re already there but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

Damn, I wasn’t expecting an overtly touristy poolside café in the Cosmo to have one of the best brunches I’ve ever had… but there you go. Surprises happen. When I wandered in on a Friday morning, I was surprised at how bustling it was. The place is light and bright, with orange walls and vintage photos all over the place. Thankfully, the place is also quite large, and the tables turn over quickly, so I didn’t have to wait for a place to sit. Ordering was a no-brainer — Overlook Grill touts its red velvet waffle, and that’s exactly what I had. And it lives up to the hype. It’s one of the best waffles I’ve ever had, red velvet-style or otherwise. It was light and crispy, with a perfectly crisped exterior. Oodles of fresh strawberries and whipped cream cheese gave it just the right amount of decadence, without making it heavy. I washed down the waffle with a glass of «carrotine» juice — a cold-pressed mix of carrots, apples, pineapple, ginger, and a few other things. It tasted fabulous, and was a nice and healthy alternative to the typical mimosa. Service was friendly and prompt the entire time I was there. At no point did I ever feel rushed, and the staff were happy to make smalltalk and offer suggestions about restaurants to explore on the Strip, both at the Cosmo and elsewhere. It’s always nice to be a first-timer, but feel like a regular. With those kind of positive vibes, there’s no doubt I’ll be back to Overlook Grill.

Came here because it was close by our hotel. They don’t have a huge menu-I ended up getting the fish tacos, even though I wanted lunch. Should’ve looked online for the menu first. It was also pretty expensive for brunch. Service wasn’t that good-the waitress was inattentive and it took a long time to order, get our food, get our check. There were two other big groups, so the waitress was more attentive to them. There’s better brunch places to go to in Vegas.

I was pleasantly surprised that they were far better than 3−½ stars. Greeted by a friendly staff, quick service(our wonderful server Sunny showed up as soon as we sat down), warm & tasty food, nice décor, etc. It’s a bit on pricy side(breakfast is $ 15-$ 18), but hey, a restaurant in Cosmo, by the poolside, beats eating some cheap bacon & eggs at dirty old casino any day!

Had an awesome meal after a day of sunbathing. Sat outside and the waitress was sweet and attentive. Got a seat in front of the TV and watched NFL football while enjoying our meal! Got a bunch of small dishes which were all great. The fish tacos were yummy, loved the hard and soft shells. Loved the blue crab lettuce wraps which did not skimp at all with the crab meat. The asian buns were okay but my least favorite because the meat. I wasn’t too sure what that was. However, all dishes felt light and fresh with fresh veggies and light sauces!

Best fish tacos on this planet. Taco bell style double taco with sauce between!(You can order these from the limited menu at boulevard pool too). The atmosphere is preppy, classy and fun. A little fresher than the trendy vibe inside the Cosmo. Our server was the sweetest girl I’ve ever met. It’s like they take attractive summer camp counselors and have them bring you brunch. Just the best.

I wore jeans and it was about 80 degrees in there… We asked them to turn up the air conditioning and they said we were right next to the best spot for air conditioning haha. Bloody Mary’s were excellent, as well as the mimosas. Food was ok.

We went into this restaurant to grab some food to go. I have eaten here before and had good experiences but this time we went in for take out… The hostesses completely ignores us and hoed all of the people who were being seated. We even overheard a conversation in which one hostess asked the other if she should help us and she straight up said«no»! Please remember the phrase«first come, first served»! To make matters worse, one of us had been served already, and the other was still waiting to be helped. Once we got back to the room to eat, the food was really good and that made me give this restaurant a 2! From the outside, the restaurant looks pretty busy… A lot of people go to this restaurant before or after the pool.

Located on the fourth floor of Cosmopolitan hotel, you can access this via elevator(no escalators – weird, but that’s how it’s built). Came here for brunch on a warm Sunday morning around 11AM with a party of six, and we called ahead to let the hostess know that we were a big group. They need to update their Unilocal phone number, because the provided number is the Cosmo’s general number. The host was friendly and assured us that we would be seated by 11:30AM, and she was pretty accurate in her guesswork! Our server seemed pretty swamped during the lunch rush, but he was polite and doing his job without a problem. Our table had two bottomless mimosas, coffee, and sodas… and our mimosas, they only have OJ, were pretty yummy but slow to refill. In a period of two hours dining here, I only had four glasses total. I wanted to ask for a «to-go mimosa,» but didn’t know if that was appropriate. If you’re looking for a healthy dining area that isn’t a buffet, Overlook Grill is your spot! My french toast was average price for Vegas standards, but the food quality was amazing! It was perfectly crispy and pillow-soft on the inside. They also have nutella cream for your dipping choice, and our server said it also came with syrup… but mine didn’t come with it :(I also asked to only have syrup, but they brought it out with nutella sauce instead. I’m allergic to nuts, so I didn’t use it. It also had a few sliced strawberries as well – perfect! The main selling points about Overlook are the healthy options, controlled portion sizes in Vegas standards, and«beach-cabana-esque» vibes since Overlook literally overlooks the Cosmo pool(that’s not Marquee). Diners can also use their pool’s restrooms which are clean and beautiful – typical Cosmo. Service is polite and a bit slow, but they get their job done. After you’re done with your meal, you can also take a saltwater taffy to go.

The Overlook Grill is located on level 4 of the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Las Vegas strip. It’s location is fine — next to the pool areas but not so close that you would be bothered by anything happening there. I ordered a cheesesteak panini which was surprisingly decent. Not the best cheesesteak sandwich I ever had, but certainly above average for this sort of thing. Price was $ 18. Not worth that amount of money, but we *are* on the strip, and everything is expensive here so I don’t know how much weight I should give to the pricing structure. The only thing I would complain about is that it seemed like they took awhile(30 minutes) to get my food out, which was just the sandwich with fries, but then again, everything is supposed to be fresh and cooked to order so maybe this isn’t a big deal. Bottom line: if you are looking for a laid-back lunch and you are in the Cosmopolitan/Bellagio area, give them a shot.

For the price, I didn’t think Overlook Grill was worth it. The food was good but for the price we could of went to a nice buffet instead. We ordered the fish tacos, a chicken wrap(the fries were REALLY good!) and a Dragons Breath(blackberry mojito). The service was good and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant is located by the pool and it has a cool little vibe with flat screen tv’s in it but $ 55 for a small lunch w/tip? I think we’ll pass on Overlook Grill next time. OOO 3 out of 5 Afros
