Our Lady of the Skies Catholic Community

I signed the children up for CCR (religious ed) and all the classes were super crowded. It was all very organized but office was very busy and it was really hard to talk to the coordinator at length since there were lots of parents signing up their kids for the first time. Coordinator could use some help and be more willing to assist in accommodating with special needs children which she really made no effort.
Also when she is informing the group of parents of their responsibilities she’s very condescending in her tone.
Since the Catholic church has been losing so many parishioners to the Evangelical churches then it’s imperative that they provide families with some compassion especially when it comes to those that carry of the burden of having children who require more attention. I left my information and told the coordinator that I had some concerns about teaching my child. She never got back to me or offered alternative solutions.
She had no problem however, taking my check!
Disappointed to say the least.

I love this facility, it’s very beautiful. It’s easy to forget your on a base.
Mass is held daily here, confession is every afternoon 1600 – 1630.
