Me and my boyfriend are locals so we come here often, the store employees know us, the manager knows us, we spend hundreds here every trip, today one of the new employees made a comment to my boyfriend that there’s no «cute guy discount» that was unprofessional and im not sure if we will be back.

Be careful what you buy at these Oneil stores they do not do returns. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals and board shorts for my husband who was watching our kids while I shopped. I had him try them on that night and tried to return them the next day. Once in the store I was told no returns only store credit or exchanges. They didn’t even have any more sandals in his size. I wouldn’t have been so upset had the lady checking me out the day before told me. She knew I was unsure of his size and still said nothing. I know there is a small sign by the registers that I read upon trying to return the items. We were in Vegas a week and I would have stopped a different day with my husband if I would have known I was stuck. I usually shop here once a year when we come to Vegas for the past 5 years. I will not step foot in these stores again.
