I came in on my lunch break for my annual today and was fairly impressed. I was in and out in less than an hour, and the office staff was very friendly. Dr. Norton sits down with each of his new patients just to talk and learn more about them, which is nice considering at a lot of doctor’s offices you feel like just another number. It’s also impressive seeing as how busy he was today. The waiting room was more than two-​thirds full when I walked in, but there was still a place to sit and I was in the back within five minutes. Dr. Norton was professional and succinct, which is just what I was looking for.
