Natural Nails

This place is so BAD they r rude. I always see the elderly lady doing pedicures while the 2 males sit back n watch ufc fights on tv. The Older male is rude disrespectful n has an attitude they close at 7pm n went in at 6 they immediately turned off the lights as I walked to the door n said it was closed. I only needed a fill I guess they r thriving with customers which I saw 1 n the placed looked dead. I’m never coming back to it. If they want customers they should be more
Friendly and nicer. They continue watching tv all day while letting customers go I pass by alot Albertsons in near there that y. The older man has some kind of fungus in his nail so watch out ladies u don’t want to catch an infection. It’s my 4^th time there they been nothing but rude and disrespectful NEVER GOING BACK!!! THEY SHOULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY WILL NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE! !!!

I usually go here to take my nails off and to get pedis… I don’t get my nails done here because it’s over priced. But I thought it would be convenient to take my nails off here since right by my house. When i usually go they chatge me 10 $ plus tip to take them off. On their price list it says they charge 10 for taking nails off, but when I sat down and they had already started to take my nails off the lady said she was going to charge 15 $ I was upset because their board said 10 $ and I told her but I was like what ever just get them off i don’t care. And she was really rude she said «you’re not the only one who complained today», «well did u get ur nails done here. ummm no see you just come here to take them off» I thought it was really unprofessional and rude of her to have said that. I was about to get off the chair but I didn’t want to be rude since they had already started the service. I’m never coming back here. And I also don’t recommend this place at all. Employees are rude! They lost a customer and many more now since I won’t be recommending them anymore.

I went back in because my acrylics turned yellow which means 1) they are using cheap materials. 2) I could get a possible infection. I talked to the guy who did them originally and he was so rude! I showed him that my acrylics were already lifting and it had only been a couple of days plus the yellowing issue. He told me simply «NO GUARANTEE» and told me to get out. He said «If you don’t like it, get out.» He starting yelling at me in front of customers. For me that is just the lowest level of professionalism. I put a picture of the nails so you can see the work being done here. PLEASE NO ONE MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GETTING ANYTHING DONE HERE.

Terrible job. My nails were mis shaped and thick around my cuticle. Not the first time here with a bad experience, but I had hope… The pedi was good but my nails are terrible and had to return and still i am not happy! Lesson learned.

Hate this place! Messed my nails so bad! They suck at stiletto nails!!! I had to go to another nail salon to get them fixed. The guy was so rude. They looked a hot mess

I do not recommend this location. Pedicure was not that good and when he put the polish on it was horrible. What got me was the cleanliness of the salon. It’s awful and dirty.

I really like this place. Ever since I moved here I’ve been coming here for manis and pedis. Staff is friendly… I always get suzette. Love her. They have a lot of regulars. I have started coming more often and only get gel manis.

Staff is friendly but this place is a little dirty for my liking. One of the workers even came from the back and washed her pot that she cooked something in, in the hand washing sink. The pedicure ($ 20) was great. The massage chair worked and the lady took her time on my feet and legs. The leg massage was wonderful. My acrylic fill ($ 15) was ok. He kind of rushed. Not a bad place but not somewhere I would book an appointment.

I went there. It was a fine place up front. The woman doing my nails didn’t speak any English at all. Until it was time to pay. The pedicure turned out ok but it made my feet itch. I never saw her sanitize anything. There was a man who worked there sitting on a pedicure chair with his boots on the towel but never switched it out.
The manicure was the worst. Didn’t shape my nails, put to much to cost on so they never dried even after 45 minutes. I eventually had to remove the polish. Do not go here.

What «Cakes L.» stated, is wrong. This statement is incorrect. If you walk in on an 88 degree day, pathetic AC is definitely turned on. You can’t work under the heat like that. That’s for one. And I’m a regular customer. And if you go to ANY nail salon, the business is family owned. Definitely. The colors aren’t minimal, because the manager buys new polishes almost every week, and buys new ones if they’re empty. They don’t keep it on the wall if its dried out. Every customer has sterilized tools used on them because they put it in the sterilizing machine before using. So basically every tool used on them is clean. And they people there are very kind. They only treat you how you treated them if you’re rude. They have the right to serve anybody that they want you know.

Never again… this place is awful. I walked in on an 88 degree day, there was no AC on. Since this is a family run joint, I didn’t let the warm room discourage me. Ok… don’t let the nail polish bottles on the wall fool you. The selection of colors is minimal because they’re all old or empty. I got a pedicure and manicure… the lady did an ok job but I did not see her sterilize anything. The people who work there are not the nicest either… save your money or go elsewhere.
