Dr. Rosenman is very kind hearted. We are a family from Honolulu Hawaii. He took our son in within the week. He organized all the referrals and had a plan for us. What took Hawaii over 4 months, we got finished and organized from a neurology consult, muscle biopsy and pediatric surgeon consult all in a week. For anything major, we will be going back to see Dr Rosenman. An airplane ride away, is nothing when I consider that my kids are my most important possession, and should distance really get in the way of them getting the best care possible? My simple answer was no.

I liked having dr. Rosenman as my son’s pediatrician. But after his billing associate overcharged and wrongfully billed me and my insurance I became upset. When I called she was of course unavailable! The lady that answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all! She had a «see ya next Tuesday» attitude and wanted to rush me off the phone. She said she relay the message to the dr and have him call me. I tried to call back a few minutes later and the office was closed at 3:40pm when there suppose to open to 5. Unfortunate that he has to loose a patient because his staff is rude they have no problem taking your money but no one available to answer your calls!
