I’ve never been to a place that gave such amazing customer service! For such a small establishment, it’s very well manage, the drinks are great as well! Try for yourself

I had high expectations because i love boba. I got the Boba milk tea and it was really really sweet, more so than other places I’ve been. The price is fair at $ 5 for a large, but they fill it up with a lot of ice if you do not ask for less ice.

This is not my first time here. However, their service appears to be faster this time around compared to my previous visits. Back then the wait for a single order took almost half an hour. And with that improvement, I give it 4 stars. Prices are as expected. Tried the original milky way for the first time and liked it. Just wish the staff was more friendly and smiled more.

Easily one of the worst boba places I have been to. From my experience, Vegas does not really have a lot of great options when it comes to boba(compared to the bay area or socal I guess), but seriously. Don’t bother coming here. They have gotten my order wrong on more than one occasion, and the drinks consistently taste watered down and the smoothies are overly icy and bland! Not to mention that they don’t even know how to make boba here… it’s super hard and tough. Wtf? If you can’t even make your boba correctly then you shouldn’t be in this business lol I always make the mistake of coming back once in a blue moon, hoping that they fix all these mistakes, but turns out its just a really bad location. I have been to several other lollicup locations in California. THIS is the only location that sucks. Needless to say I’m not coming back.

Location was good and service was friendly. The reason for the 2 star rating is that compared to Lollicup in San Diego this doesn’t compare. They have many drinks and different drinks than socal however they don’t have as many flavors. Also when I my girlfriend got her almond milk tea it was still warm even after all the ice.

Pretty good Thai iced tea. This a little hut in the middle of town square. You just walk up to the window and order. The window is on the north side. They have bolba. I’m not a big fan of bolba. All sorts of milk teas, slushes, lattes. The list is huge!!! And according to the cup they have food too! I’m hooked on Thai iced tea so when I heard they had it. I b-lined right over on my lunch

Mmmmmmn! What’s better than a bubble tea on a scorching hot day in Vegas?! I ordered the taro bubble tea with boba inside and it tasted great! My friend had the LOL(lots of lychee) premium slush drink and it was even better than mine! Hers came with pieces of lychee and she asked for boba in it as well. There’s a few tables around near a fountain which makes it nice place to drink your bubble tea.

Their drinks are great. I used to get their honey dew, occasionally it would be powdery. However now I get their Thai tea and it’s a lot better than the honey dew. No powder residue.

Always come here for their teas. The service could of been better. There’s also no adoption of apple pay or any kind of digital wallet acceptance. For what we ordered, it took a bit too long for the drinks.

There was hard boba in one of the two drinks. So we requested a new drink. The response I got was«don’t bring a drink back after you drink it». Not really what I was expecting but sure. Fill it halfway then? I get it, it’s a convenient place to get boba but that girl making drinks took it way too personally. They’re in a good location so they’ll always sell drinks but their attitude and demeanor is the worst. It’s a boba place for crying out loud.

Love the fact that I no longer have to drive all the way to China town to fix my boba cravings! This place is great! They have a huge selection of drinks from Teas to smoothies to even coffee. Prices are regular. I’ve tried several drinks and really liked them! Ive tried other boba places closer to me and they always let me down! NOT this place, ive been coming here for years!

I used to like this place, until they completely changed the menu. Why did they even do that? I loved the Mango and Strawberry Yogurt Snow on their old menu. It was also one of the highlights of going to Town Square. The new menu is pretty horrible. I tried several different drinks, and the only one I think is decent is the Strawberry Milky Way. Haven’t tried any of the teas, but the smoothies and slushes that I ordered so far have not tasted good. Even the fruit toppings they put on top did not help the drinks taste better. Customer service has always been average. The employees do their job, but are not very friendly. Not recommended. I would definitely skip this place as I am sure there are better boba places in Vegas. Don’t order smoothies here either, as you will be better off at Tropical Smoothie or Jamba Juice! I hope they will consider bringing back the old menu!

Ewww!!! Rotten egg pudding! Wanted to pick up some boba tea before heading to the cinema. Ordered one of my usuals: Honey Milky Way… thought it tasted just fine(although they sorta skimp on the amount of boba they put in). Boba was a little over cooked but I could deal with it. Until I got a slurp of the egg pudding… wth was in it??! It was crunchy, like sand in every bite! Um GROSS!

Boba here is disgusting. Vegas got nothing compared to California’s Lollicup. Or any boba places for that matter. Vegas needs to step their boba game up.

I’m not actually a fan of Lollicup as a company, but this one is better than the ones in southern California. There was a huge variety of drink options not available in California. I tried the Strawberry Kiss — strawberry peach tea with strawberry and peach bits. It was pretty good. I could taste the tea flavor, and there were lots of fruit chunks. It’s a little on the expensive side, but what do you expect if you’re paying for a drink. This Lollicup is more on par with the likes of Cha for Tea. Very surprising, considering it’s literally a little shack. Well done Town Square.

Meh. Exactly how I feel about it. Okay, I’ll admit I’m new to this boba game. I’m no expert on it. We were in town square yesterday, and decided to have a small snack before dinner. I’m not into the tea, I like smoothies with my boba. First of all, you can get a much larger, and better blended smoothie at jamba or tropical smoothie, for about $ 2 less… and if you want to add boba to a smoothie, it’s .50 cents. We were the only ones in line, and it did feel like I waited a while for it. When I got it, I just felt it was lackluster. It didn’t have a fantastic taste, and when I’m being charged for something I want added, I kind of expect it to last through the entire drink. I felt that I barely had any boba… There was a single row that lined the bottom of my cup. The smoothie wasn’t really blended either, it had large chunks of ice, making it very mehh.

The bubble tea is nothing special, but since there isn’t another boba location at town square it’ll do. I’ve had a few of the drinks here. something tropical(forget the name) with pineapple, strawberry, watermelon? It was way too sweet and tasted like cough medicine in a way. Kind of gross and artificial tasting with a weird aftertaste. didn’t even finish it! Today I ordered a regular boba milk tea. That was also very sweet, but I think if I had remembered to ask for half the sugar it would’ve been really good. My only problem is that the booth thing had been open for 45 minutes already, and their boba wasn’t ready. This was kind of weird, considering I had seen a significant amount of people order drinks(and there were people ordering behind me as well)… people normally go to boba places to order drinks with tapioca. shouldn’t boba be one of their top priorities? I can understand if they didn’t have it ready within 10 minutes after opening. but almost an hour later… ?? Although I liked their milk tea, I could have easily ordered that anywhere else! This was the third time I’ve been here. I’m not sure why I keep coming back because their drinks really aren’t anything spectacular…

Another average boba place to get your drinks at? Lollicup! Yet, it is the only place to get your boba fix in Town Square mall! Lollicup is a small location located in front of the entrance of the children’s park. It is a bit overpriced, but boba always is! It has a list of cold teas, slushes, and snows that you can get with boba tea balls. They even have a list of hot drink items that you may order! Flavors are so-so. It’s not the best boba drink in town. A lot of it is too sweet or too odd tasting. Just today I ordered a Honey Milk Tea with boba. It tasted as if I squeezed a bottle of honey into my mouth! It was pretty weird! Even their avocado is just okay! One of the things that I do love about Lollicup is that their boba balls are squishy and soft. It’s some of the best tasting boba balls in town! ;P The –boba tea balls– have always been consistent. But like I said earlier, I can’t say the same for the actual drink! To order again and get your boba fix, I would just stick with regular flavors like Milk Tea with boba. Also, cold boba is more satisfying in the summer! Otherwise, try a hot drink if you’re feeling cold! Sooo. quench your thirst with boba, but if you don’t like sweet things, don’t waste your money!

Me, Terri R, and Alicia R recently hit this place up for dessert. The original plan was Claim Jumper but since we were all tired out from dinner, something light like boba was good enough to hit the spot, catch up on the week, and hang out. Nothing beats dessert and great convo with some of my favorite people(i.e. the Wonder Twins). I had their Cappuccino Blast with double boba. The boba was consistent and the drink itself was pretty good. For a Lollicup, I was actually surprised that there was a little coffee kick to it. Usually their drinks are just okay and powdery. But not on this visit. This Lollicup has your regular after lunch and dinner treats like smoothies, milk teas, and boba. I prefer my boba from places like No 1 Boba, Icy Juicy, and the Perfect Scoop. But when you’re in the mood for a cold refreshment with boba and you’re in Town Square, then Lollicup is one of those places that needs to be visited. The drinks here are average, but will still hit the spot. What makes this Lollicup different from the rest of the Lollicups out there is the that this one is a basically a little stand meaning there’s really no place to chill. You simply put your order in and wait for them to serve it. The drinks here aren’t bad at all, just not the best I’ve had. I’m not giving Lollicup 3 Stars because it was bad. It’s just average to what you’ll find around town. Cappuccino Blast w/Boba:
