Lied Memorial Boys & Girls Clubhouse

My daughter just started going there few months ago after school. She gets on A bus from school that takes her there which is great. Now that’s it’s summer there’s no bus and they close an hour earlier but it’s so convenient and a great price, summer Always scares my husband and I because we both work and child care can put you in debt these days but not here., it’s close to our house and they Are always doing fun activities like kickball, dance, they offer cheap swimming classes provide lunch hVe art class etc. It’s great that while I’m working I know my 8 ur old daughter is being active and having fun
She’s normally very shy but so far it’s helping her out if her shell she’s gaining independence and making friends.,
Me. Dante is the best my daughter talks about hi. all the time about how fun and energetic he is. It’s nice to know that people who work there enjoy their job:)
The only cons are it’s not open on weekends and instead of 7pm they close at 6. Also when they do girls trips sometimes it’s firSt come but am hour after they open it’s filled just wish their were more spots.
But the positive out ways this
I’ve already recommended this location to 2 of my coworkers who are desperate and struggling single parents keep up the good work boys and girls club :)

Just like their slogan «What a Positive place for kids». My son has totally turned around in the 2 years he’s been attending the Club. He now has direction, determination, pride and confidence. Participating in activities and events at the club has helped build character in my child. The staff are very kind & friendly and you always know your child is safe in the hands.
