Hands down the most incompetent terrible dry cleaners I have ever used
I have been here three or four times in the last four months since I am new to the neighborhood.
These guys are in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Vegas, yet I bring in my clothes (usually about 10 random shirts/pants)and the small food stains or dirt is still on the clothes without fail, nearly every time, and these invalids offer no apologies.
They charge 5 star prices but produce 0 star results
They can’t get anything right which is very frustrating they are the only cleaners for the Vistas/​Red Rock Cc area.
Unfortunately I will not be going back, and will be on a quest to find better yet further away.

You guys make millions per year in that little dump of a store, why not shell out a couple thousand for an AC unit so your customers don’t have to sweat like pigs while waiting twenty minutes for their stuff?
The women are fanning their faces like they are in a third world country.
Maybe your employees you hire (for most likely the lowest possible wage) might work a little better if they are not working in sweat shop conditions
And lastly, you should train your employees to at least take the other headphone out of (his) ear while ringing up Your customers, I find it very rude and can’t say I’ve seen another person do that in my life (not once-​every time)
(Like he’s going to go crazy if he misses a minute of whatever song it is he’s listening to)

Three business days to get your stuff? Unacceptable, so if I bring it Wednesday, I have to wait until Monday? really?

Closing a dry cleaner business at 6 pm (sharp and in some cases 5:50)is also unacceptable when you say to us (your customers) to pick it up after 5 pm ?
Most cleaners give their customers an opportunity to grab their stuff on their way from (you know… WORK)??

Can’t get «ring around the collar» off (particularly white shirts) ?Shop around at the «dry cleaners wholesale cleaning products shop» ask the other cleaners what they use, there is nothing like bringing your white dress shirts fresh from the cleaners to see the same dirt under the collar and cuffs that was present when I brought them in, there IS technology for that you know now! this is 2015, I am pretty sure it existed in 1985 — because you are the only cleaner that says they can’t get it out.

They ruined a brand new afghan I brought in. Owner Jay said he’d call me back, but never did. Finally reached him yesterday and he has no intention of reimbursing me. Guess I need to file small claims. I hope he goes out of business — he has no integrity — doesn’t belong in Summerlin for sure!

Awful! I’ve tried this dry cleaner twice and both times were bad. They ruined a Pottery Barn throw that had a small stain on it. Now the area where they tried to remove the stain is 10times larger and more noticeable than the stain itself. The young guy who works there is rude and unprofessional.

Yep. Same story. Do not take your items here if you ever want to see them again. Took a brand new maxi dress there to be hemmed a month ago — I have now been there ~ 10 times with the promise that it would be back in 2 more days and/​or that the manager «J» would call me, which it never is and he never has. I guess I just need to realize that I will never see the dress again and they obviously don’t feel like they need to do anything to compensate me for either my lost time going there to look for it or for the lost item!

Officially the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to… First and only time I will ever do business there: I brought in 3 mens shirts, 3 mens pants, and 5 blouses … When I went to pick up my items they took about 30 minutes to locate my clothing in their store… I was in a hurry and didn’t look over my items because I have never had a problem in the past when picking up dry cleaning… well I should have checked because one of my favorite blouses (over $ 100) was missing when I got home … They had only returned 4 of the 5 blouses… to make matters worse once I took off the plastic to wear another favorite tank blouse– I noticed very easy to clean stains had not been removed!?? What is the point of bringing something for cleaning if it isn’t cleaned, nor did they even take the time to tell me ‘sorry we couldn’t remove the stain”. to make matters worse this young asian man who works the counter was hostile, unhelpful, and just plain rude. He offered no remedy to either problem and I had to ask multiple times for a managers number or information. I was refunded $ 1.50 for the blouse, and still no word on my missing top … they act like its no big deal … WELL IT IS … I will update this once the problem of my missing shirt is resolved … Needless to say I will never be back!
