Very knowledgable staff, seemed honest and fair. Was very happy with the service performed. The service professional on my job was very courteous, very knowledgable and very competent. He identified my issues and provided the proper instruction on how to cure. I would recommend them anytime, very satisfied. They were referred by our pool maintenance service and am glad they did. Absolute ripoff. Hired them to check a leak in my pool for $ 300. It was losing an inch a day with the pool cover off. They couldn’t find it but recommended I caulk a few places.
Called again 2 months later (it’s hard for me to take a day off work). This time for $ 250, they can’t find a leak and blame it on evaporation. I have a salt water pool and while the water evaporates the salt does not. I have to add salt constantly which I only did once a year pre-​leak. I call the owner and tell him he got this wrong and I feel like I’ve wasted $ 550 for nothing. He tells me that he will come back out for another evaporation test. Like I can waste more of my time. Horrible.
