front desk staff is beyond incompetent and rude. never experienced worse service and a more disorganized staff. dr. martin is good but all and all your experience will be terrible going to this place and having to deal with this institute.

Upon an appointment to see an MD for a cracked rib I accompanied my wife into her exam room as I had done several times before. My wife has had a stroke and the owner of the clinc, DRMADUKAMD gave me permission to do so on her visits. After her vitals were taken she was asked if we wanted to see Alejandro, a nurse practicioner, or an MD. The MD had given my wife injections INTHEPAST and my wife indicated the MD. Instead the NP Alejandro appeared and my wife indicated she was to see the MD. He argued with us for 10 minutes that HEWASJUSTASGOODAS A MD and told me I was not allowed to speak for my wife because«SHEHADNOTHAD A STROKESINCESHECANWALK.» He then told her 3 times it would be a long wait for the MD. My wife asked to see the Office Manager and we were told to wait outside. After 15 minutes my wife was summarily discharged from the LVPI by Alejandro, NP. Next we went to an Urgent Care in the same building. After being shown to her room in anticipation of getting an X-ray when the door opened it was Alejandro NP who told us to leave since we were trespassing and had the Police called to eject us. I asked him if he was denying my wife medical care a second time but he failed to answer us. We had been to the clinic about 25 times prior to this and NEVERHAD A PROBLEMEXCEPTWITHTHISHOTHEADALEJANDRONP!

As an RN I have seen some bad health care, but this place is THE worst. Long wait times when you are the only patient in the building. Went and got labs and urine tested. Did not hear anything for a month, finally called office and was told I had to make a 2nd appt to get lab results. Turns out I had a urinary tract infection that I had now had for 1 month untreated.(Infection required 3 courses of antibiotics to finally clear it up). When I asked for a prescription refill I was told I had to come back the next day. The next day I was told to come back in 3 days. I was told I needed MRI and cortisone injections in my knees. My knees are fine. AVOID this place. It is nothing but a money making machine. I wish I could give them a zero.
