I made a appointment to get cameras installed for Wednesday at 10am. At almost 10:30 I call to see why no one has arrived. I get a call back telling me someone will be there in a hour to a hour and a half. So when the guy finally gets here 2 hours late, it is too late to get any work done and he reschedules for the next day at 8am. So the next day no one shows up at 8am. I call at about 8:20 and am told they are only 20 minutes late… ONLY ! They are actually a day late at this point, because it was supposed to be installed the day before. Both me and my husband lost two days of work due to taking off to be at home. Very unprofessional! I can say the installer guy was very nice and personable, but that was about it. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless you have nothing better to do then wait around and hope someone will show up.
