It took me a year to get repairs done because I’m such a procrastinator when it comes to car issues. Everyone here makes it seem hassle-​free and easy. They explain what needs to be done and are more than fair on their prices. Rocio and Juan are knowledgable and helpful. They keep you updated on where they are throughout the process. The car was done sooner than I thought it would be and after the repairs, they do a interior and exterior detail so when I picked it up it was like getting back a new car.

I had a pretty bad scrap on my fiberglass bumper. I went to several places in town and got estimates that ranged from $ 500 to $ 1600. I could not believe that it would cost that much for what seemed like a relative minor repair. I almost didn’t go to Las Vegas Collision Center because I had already received 6 estimates and didn’t expect this place to be any different. Well luckily I decided to go. Rocio took a quick look at the damage — spoke to her father who also took a look — and they came back with an estimate that was so far less than any other estimate I had received that I almost couldn’t believe it. Not only was the estimate the lowest I had received (significantly lower than even the lowest estimate I had previously received), but when I finally decided to move forward with the repair, they were able to help transport me to and from my house both at drop off and pick up (as I was without any help to get to and from the shop). I doubt the other repair places would do that. I think the fact that this place is small and family run makes a big difference in the customer service arena.
And as for the repair job itself, excellent work. Like new again. I was thrilled to have finally done this repair and even more thrilled to have found a place that could do it for the price they did it. Just reinforces my suspicions that most body shops in Vegas are overcharging big time. Not this place.
So I would definitely recommend them for auto body shop work. And hopefully I’ll never have to go back, but if I am ever in need of auto body repair, I would definitively use them again.

These guys are great! Great customer service, great work, great prices.
They started the repairs the day my husband took the car in for an estimate, even gave him a ride back home. Four days later, all repairs were done including those they had to order parts for and it cost me less than my insurance estimated so I basically reduced my deductible. They were very easy to work with and the work looks great. They even gave my car a full detail inside and out.

I went in for an estimate on my broken mirror. The estimate was a lot better than the ones I received at other places.
The girl in the office was super cool and made everything really easy. She told me what day the part would come in and told me I could come back then to get it fixed.
The actual work took just a couple hours and it looks good as new! They even cleaned my windows for me! :) I will definitely recommend and go back there for any additional work on my car!

My old work truck needed some love!
So this morning, I called the shop and they did not hesitate to assist me over the phone. They promptly invited me to the shop so they can diagnose my vehicle. Since I was on a time crunch I took it in asap! I met with the shop owner CARLOS right off the bat. He diagnosed my truck and after a quick estimate I had him perform the work. Thank you Carlos and team for helping me out today. :)

Kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle.
Had a minor hiccup because the the warehouse sent the wrong part (not LVCC fault) but LVCC made all the arrangements to get the correct part sent rapidly at no cost to me and I still managed to get my car when they said I would get it.
The work was impeccable.
I HIGHLY recommend LVCC for ANY of your car needs!
The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

These guys are the best. I’m a bad driver, so I know. The body work was beautifully done at a reasonable price.
But they disconnected the battery on my hybrid while working on it and it screwed up the hybrid system. When I called them after I’d already paid for it and picked up the car, they got a guy to bring in the necessary equipment to fix the hybrid system and told me to bring it back so they could fix it. They took complete responsibility for it. Unusual in the body business.

Went here after I got an estimate at another body shop. Both body shops quoted me the same but the owner at this one was very awesome for giving me a discount so he won my service. My car was ready the next day just like he said. Got a minor hit in my back bumper and now you can’t even tell plus Carlos, the owner, was nice enough to remove a few other minor scratches around my car. My car is super polished looking now!!! Love it!!! Thank you guys!!! Will most likely come back here if I need another fixing and recommend you to my friends!!!
