Kick N Ash Vape

I live right behind this place so I thought I should check it out. Maybe this could be my «go to» vapor shop and it would be very convenient. That was not the case. I walked in and two workers stared at me, I was the one that said hi first. Took a look around, it was clean. They didn’t try to make a conversation with me so again I started it. Didn’t have a huge selection on juice and there wasn’t any mods I was into. Tried a few juices, decent. I bought something because it was slow and I hate walking in and walking out. My visit was literally only 5 – 10 minutes because of how uncomfortable they made me and that’s my last visit. There’s plenty of vapor shops in Vegas that will give customer service to ANYONE that walks in.

This store has great customer service. The people were very friendly. I picked up a mechanical mod and the manager gave me a great build. Great prices.

Really nice staff, really knowledgeable, and great juice and prices.

I parked in one of their spots, across the lot from the store entrance, since every other spot was full and within 10 seconds I was being yelled at by an employee that those spots were ‘their’s’. I tried to explain that every other spot was full and I was only going to be a few minutes to pick up my child from The Red Rock Climbing Center, but she was adamant about me moving the car (even though every other spot that was ‘their’s’ was open.
I’ll never set foot in the store if this is how their employees treat people.
