Dalal Hicks was the agent we were lucky enough to work with! She was AMAZING! And when I say lucky, I mean we felt lucky! My partner and I commented over and over that we were blessed to have met her at an open house she was at.
Dalal helped us all the way through the entire process of buying our new home and made it easy and fun! We looked at a lot of houses! Much more than normal, I think. OK, we looked at a zillion houses. It was hard for me to find the «one» here in Las Vegas, Dalal was patient with us, very helpful with neighborhood information, answering my silly questions, quickly honing in on exactly what we were looking for.
And BAM, she found it!
When it came time to offer, I felt she was truly on our side! She negotiated an awesome price reduction on the house! Had the seller include repairs and updates we did not even know we should ask for. And even a home warranty!
Since buying our new home, she has checked in numerous times.

I have had such a pleasurable experience working with Lisa Hendley at Keller Williams. I’m not so avid about writing reviews, but I feel like it should be known that my wife and I made the decision to purchase a home, the largest purchase we make in our entire lives, and it was clearly the right decision BECAUSE of Lisa Hendley. She is not a high pressure used car salesman, she is a real person that wants to make sure you are getting what you want and the way you want it. She’s not in a rush and very down to earth. Both my wife and I were VERY please to work with such a wonderful person. I understand that in the end she is a person trying to make a living, but she deserved every penny that she received through our transaction. You can immediately recognize how experienced she is and how much she cares about how happy you are about your purchase.
