Jimmy’s Cracked Corn

We stopped here at Fresh 52 market to try a sample of their popcorn and ended up getting hooked into buying a bag. Or two.
The caramel corn is seriously addictive and I had to instruct my husband to remove it from my presence unless he wanted to watch me eat the entire thing in one sitting. The caramel has a nice flavor and there is just the right amount to coat the popcorn.
I also got a bag of cheddar popcorn which I didn’t end up liking as much. The cheddar taste was a little too strong for me. No worries though since my husband liked this one too and he managed to eat most of the bag himself.
After a week, both popcorns still tasted great and didn’t seem to go stale at all.
I had originally tried the coconut almond caramel popcorn (which was amazing) and ordered a bag of it, but was sad to find out when I got home that I had been given a bag of the regular caramel popcorn instead. Oh well, there’s always next time.
