I still love Dr Jianu, but someone in her office has issues. Every fax she sends doesn’t make it, forgotten messages, I’ve ended up in Urgent Care TWICE because she forgot to pass on info!
I’ve been patient, but I really think I have to look for a new Dr, this is crazy.
An appointment that shod have been a quick in and out took over 2 hours today because they didn’t gave the info she said she had sent.
Bummer. I really loved this Dr.

After loosing my job of 25 years due to a site closure and no longer having insurance I had to get Obama care thru Medicaid. I was very happy that Dr. Jianu still accepted me even though she didn’t accept HPN. I didn’t realize there was a difference in acceptance in the plans. I was very unhappy with Dr Frank Silver’s office as the wouldn’t even fill my prescription once my insurance changed. No questions or nothing after going to him for over 10 years! Not the case with Dr Jianu she was there for me and accepted my new insurance albeit Obama care-​Medicaid. Her service is excellent and I have never waited a long time when I come to her office. Thanks Dr Jianu for being a TRUE practitioner and not just being there for a person with a certain insurance. I appreciate your loyalty to your patient’s and what they go thru.
