Forgettable food but unmatched ambiance. The Buffalo cauliflower was pretty good. The service timing was exceptionally poor. They did not bring the app before the meal but then accidentally brought an extra entrée we had to return. Then we went through the meal with no attention and wanted round of drinks. We ordered but the drinks did not come for 10+ minutes and arrived with the check.

My review is for brunch on Sunday. Clearly, it was outstanding. I had the kale scramble which had a combination of eggs with kale and butternut squash and was just delicious. It came with three different choices of bread. The prices are reasonable and I liked the fact that I did not feel like I ate too much. The portions are just right. I was very impressed with the coffee which is delicious. The service was excellent and everybody was polite and very helpful. It was fast, friendly, and efficient. The ambience of this restaurant is just beautiful. We sat outside on the terrace overlooking the pool and it is just lovely. Highly recommended and I am definitely going back. It is located in the Encore at the Wynn.

Pretty restaurant! We came here for brunch and our expectations were low due to the slightly empty restaurant. Looked over the menu and it had your standard brunch fare with a few unique items. My friend got the chicken and waffles, and I the lemon ricotta pancakes. Both portions were decent and very good! The chicken was moist and juicy and seasoned well! Sorta pricey but that’s understandable in a Vegas casino. Now I want to come back to try the dinner items!

Saw an advertisement for Jardin so I decided to give it a try. I’m a big fan of the Wynn/Encore casinos but I’ve never eaten there. I usually make reservations but I was too lazy I just walked up and was seated within 10mins. The decore is open and airy with beautiful flowers. It was a toss up between the chicken sandwich and chicken and waffles/French toast. I decided on the French Toast and a Cajun Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary was very good and the food was good also. I would recommend Jardin for Breakfast/Brunch.

Horrible. Where do I start? I dutifully let the hostess know when I made my reservation that I would be needing the vegan menu. When I came and she was whisking me to my table, she pointed at a tray of desserts and said«You don’t want to know about the desserts, do you?» Um, I guess not. It was several minutes before someone cane to take my drink order. Apparently, my waiter Roger was busy so this fella was going to fill in for a sec. Ok. I ordered the Dandelion cocktail and some water. After about 20 minutes, same fella came back and said«Roger is really backed up so I’ll take your order.» Mkay. I ordered the Buffalo cauliflower as an appetizer and the«red curry braised tempeh» for my entrée. The cauliflower was really good. Then I sat there for an interminablr amount of time with an empty water glass, a crappy cocktail, and no breadsticks and watched a guy spend 30 minutes setting a table for 6 like he was Mr Carson and the Queen was coming to dinner. Did I mention the tables around me had bread? Then some guy with a ridiculous cart of copper cups asked me if I wanted a Moscow mule. No, but I’d like some water. At somepoint in this mess, my tempeh arrived and it was horrible. When the person I assume was roger dropped the dessert menu on my table, I was Visibly ticked off. A manager of some kind came around to make nice since I was fuming. His excuse was that Mr Wynn was going to coming in for dinner. He comped my tempeh and I stormed out 37 dollars poorer. I hope for their sake Mr Wynn did not show up to that poor excuse for a restaurant.

At Wynn and decided to try the new restaurant Jardin. First off the room looks great, lots of flowers and great views of the pools and outside. Society was so dark and gaudy with patio furniture. We checked in –the hostess was very nice. We decided to try the Moscow mule cart– very cool! Service went smooth our waiter was very attentive. We ordered the octopus and the yellowtail flowed by the salmon and the cioppino. The octopus was the best I’ve ever had! The salmon and cioppino tasted great and were cooked perfectly. We finished off with the flower pot cake– wow. Very unique and tasted great! Looking forward to our next trip there.

Eww. Don’t get the beef short rib taco. The beef was so dry and hard that it tasted like pork. They give you very little guacamole with the entrée. Flavorless entrée. Terrible service. Our waitress looked like it pained her to take our order and that we were bothering her if we needed something. Unfriendly and inattentive. Probably because they include the gratuity for a large party. Not only that, but they’ll tax you on top of the top they pre add. One star for the Mac and cheese appetizer and bread, and another star for the beautiful décor.

In line with the shoddy spectacle that is Vegas, this place looks great but doesn’t have the necessary sophistication in taste to justify the triple digit check for brunch for two. The classic eggs Benedict was made right, but nothing to be proud of, especially for the given price. The potatoes lacked flavor, and the hollandaise sauce felt plain and frothy. The Challah bread French toast was nice, but again, nothing great. We had the blood/ruby orange mimosas, and for $ 16 each, we were just disappointed — it’s not just the price, the taste is just not worth it!

Jardin recently opened at Encore, having replaced Botero and Society Café. The cuisine is essential Society Café, but more elegant and less casual, but in all honesty, everything at Wynn/Encore isn’t casual. If you remember Society Café, you’ll notice the plate ware and flatware are the same!(Save where you can right? :P) The food was all amazing, as was expected. The service was lacking just a smidgen but that could’ve been because our waitress was training someone else. The only hiccup was that she mistakenly switched our crab legs for another crab dish, and by the time the crab legs were ready, the rest of the meal came out. For cocktails, they have a full bar of course but also a Mule Cart going around the restaurant making Moscow Mules and their mixed mules were amazing. We ordered the orange and it was great! We ended up ordering another each time he came around! If you have a big party, he can make a big one that services 16! For appetizers we had a flatbread which was basically an entire pizza. We expected a small rectangular size with maybe 4 small pieces total, but this was a full on pizza. But delicious nonetheless. As I said, we also got the King Crab legs. However, these weren’t the same as you’d find in the buffet. My photo will show it’s 2 tiny pieces already taken out of the legs. It was delicious but not expected. For our entrees, we ordered the oven baked prawns, which came on a bed of rice. There were about 6 prawns, decent size and deliciously seasoned. The rice was a bit al dente for me. We also ordered the short rib ravioli which was apparently great. However, you get like 5 raviolis. We had to get a side order of the oven baked mac and cheese which was a huge side order but delicious. And of course, what we were so excited to try was the potted planter chocolate cake. Everything is edible. You break open the pot and there you’ll find the most decadent, non-overwhelming cake with dark chocolate mousse. A must try! But not just for one. We were 2 people and we couldn’t finish it. Overall an 8⁄10 based on price vs. quantity ratio. Would go back just for the Moscow Mules and the cake!

A great restaurant. I really appreciate their delicious healthy options. The kale salad on the dinner menu was fabulous. Also excellent: their Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer. Fabulous, unusual, and I will order these items again and again! A beautiful atmosphere: flowers everywhere. Service was attentive, professional, warm, and knowledgeable. I would have liked a more extensive cocktail menu. And their whiskey pours were pretty short. Not cheap, but I thought a reasonable price for the high quality. We also had breakfast here: the lemon ricotta pancakes weren’t very good: they were super bland, and came with fake chemical maple syrup instead of the real stuff. Make sure to specify to get the real! I’ll be back! Hoping they continue to improve this already great place.

Liked Botero, where Jardin now is and liked Society Café, which Jardin has replaced, but really liked Jardin. This is a perfect all around upper scale casual, yet almost fine dining establishment. Service was superb, menu was varied and well priced and the new lighter décor was lovely. Will gladly return when we get back to the Encore, which is fairly frequently, since it’s our favorite hotel in town.

Food is ok but service just horrible. I don’t order a menu with wine pairing if the pairing wine arrive after I finish my course. So many other basic mistakes like that all dinner long… yes sorry you failed, won’t come back here

What an absolutely gorgeous restaurant. The décor inside is fabulous and it’s nestled in the garden and pool area of the Encore. My family and I came in for dinner one evening and we were all impressed with the quality of this restaurant. They offer these warm delicious pretzel bread sticks and regular crunchy sticks to start off with. For dinner, I had the salmon and it was probably the best salmon I ever had. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. I decided to try a dessert and went for the chocolate flower pot. It was HUGE!!! It actually looked like a flower pot and it was rich and chocolaty without being overly sweet. It was way too much for one person to eat. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a fabulous dinner with beautiful views and excellent service.

Food was average. We came after breakfast time and were dying for breakfast and our server went back and talked to the chef and was able to make us breakfast. Very happy with the service but the food was nothing special.

Jardin just opened at the Encore and the décor, food and service are fantastic!!! We ate there for breakfast and dinner in the same day. When you walk in to the restaurant there are fresh flowers all around. The entire place is light and bright during breakfast/lunch and takes on a more romantic/sexy feel at night. They do have patios to dine on as well that were heated, but we choose to sit inside. Ok, now for the food… for breakfast we started with the fresh fruit plate, it had a good portion of fruits, including some seasonal items, ours came with rambutans as the seasonal fruit. For an entrée I had the Chicken & «Waffles». It was a piece of French toast with and egg in the center, fried chicken, some kind of spice and syrup. What can I say, it was the perfect combination of sweet, spicy, salty, crunchy, what more could you want. I washed it all down with one of their fresh pressed juices. My friend had the lobster Benedict, and even though I didn’t try it it looked amazing with a large portion of lobster. He said it was very fresh and tasted amazing. So dinner was an equally great experience. We started with the crispy shrimp appetizer. There were about 6 – 8 large shrimps tempura battered and fried. They came over top of a chile aioli that had just the right spice. We were both suprised how large the portion was and how tasty the sauce was that came with it. For an entrée I had the Oven Baked Prawns. It was very filling, but I still felt good about myself after eating it. There was jasmine rice on the bottom topped with a crushed tomato sauce with 4 – 5 large prawns, there was also some pesto and pine nuts to add a little herbs and crunch. Needless to say I cleared my entire plate. My guest had the Wagyu Ribey Cap. Again I didn’t try any of it, but again he said it was so flavorful and tender with a lot of marbling. Now for dinner we decided to splurge and their signature dessert. The flower pot chocolate cake. What a great idea. The entire think looks like a clay flower pot with real live flowers. The fun thing is the entire pot is edible including the flowers. Again what a creative fun dessert! As far as service goes the entire staff was friendly and helpful, happy to be there and there when you needed them, but not overly intrusive. The perfect pairing to really great food. Well done Jardin, well done.

What a great new restaurant at Encore! My family loved it especially the chocolate cake in the edible terra-cotta pot that looked so real! I had the tempeh entrée which tasted great. Can’t wait to come back in the summer it’s right next to the resort pool

Wait!!! They need to be in business a little longer. One star because the servers were wonderful but the food was awful. 27.00 for a lobster roll which basically had 2 small pieces of lobster. Mainly 2 square pieces of bread. Cubano sandwich was greasy. The fries were chewy. The short rib tacos came out cold but 2 orders were taken off the bill which was very nice of the manager. Give it some time and hopefully they’ll find out what a real lobster roll is!

The turkey burgers were a little burnt. The short rib was whatever. The tempeh dish is horrible. Arugula salad is fantastic. They need to work on the menu selection. Beautiful restaurant though

New restaurant between the Encore and Wynn. They just opened on Friday, December 18, 2015! The décor is very romantic in the evening, especially with a poolside view. The cuisine is Italian and is very good. the portions are sizes perfectly if you order aa appetizer or side to share. If your group is larger than 2 you will have room for dessert. That staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The wife and I had a nice romantic dinner at a window table overlooking the pool. We started with the complimentary pretzel. bread and ordered the Margarita flatbread(like a thin crust personal pizza). Then we had the Oven Baked Prawns and the Short Rib Ravioli. Great tasting and just enough so that you feel satisfied without being stuffed. No room for dessert but the wife took pictures which I have posted. Five stars!

Today I had the kale scramble. This is a healthy masterpiece ! Kale, steamed yellow squash, sliced toasted almonds, with shave Brussels sprouts ! Yummy!!! The nicest feature of this new menu is the separation of special diet options! This makes even the diner who has«important for health choices feel instantly at home. Watch out for Chef joseph this chef is on the fast track to being another Wynn Star.
